The beautiful architecture and space: The Light Museum
The beauty of architecture and space✨
The exterior, which imitates the "Governor's Palace of Uxmal" and the "El Tajin Pyramid of the Niche", has an exotic atmosphere.
From the first floor above ground to the third floor below ground, there are exhibition rooms for natural history, history, calligraphy, and art.
Japanese paintings by Yokoyama Taikan and Uemura Shōen, Western paintings by Van Gogh and Monet, and ukiyo-e prints, as well as a national treasure sword among the wide range of collections.
There are also extensive exhibits on the history of world relics, mainly Inca Yama, and natural history exhibits such as fossils excavated from the Hida region. The life-size dinosaur models are very popular with children.
You can enjoy it all day, whether you're alone or with your family.
