Tsim Sha Tsui|Afternoon tea at a statutory monument🫖
The Victorian building was renovated into a luxurious restaurant. The interior is decorated in an elegant retro style, and you feel like you are in a palace.
Come and enjoy this afternoon tea set like a queen 👑
LUMA • THE QUEEN
A blend of Chinese and Western styles
The savory dishes include homemade salmon flowers, Sichuan-style Norwegian crayfish, fig and apple duck liver pate, cantaloupe with Italian ham, and crab meat rice crackers. The portion is just right, the duck liver pate has a delicate and rich taste, and the figs are sweet. The crayfish is a surprise, with noodles on the outside and crispy rice underneath. The lobster meat is chewy, sweet and slightly spicy, and has a delicious taste.
Desserts include "Luma" macarons, melon milk cap, mini lemons, chocolate pear tart with champagne jelly, chocolate puffs, Chinese tea sorbet (rose jasmine), raisin English muffins, French toast
I drank the honeydew melon milk cap first, which was sweet and smooth. Next, have some soft French toast and waffles, and then a refreshing sorbet. The macarons are printed with the store name, very cute 💕
Backyard specialty, king crab siu mai, shrimp toast, black sesame roll 🌀 In addition to salty desserts, there is also this series, Chinese nostalgic dim sum, very distinctive
