Lotte Observation Deck is a place where visitors come for the panoramic view of Hanoi city on the 65th floor. It is located at 54 Lieu Giai Street, Ngoc Khanh, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi, about 3 kilometers to the east of Hoan Kiem Lake. The lovely tower is open daily from 0900-2300. Lotte Observation Deck at the height of 272 meters is the third tallest building in Vietnam. The high speed elevator which leads you to the top in less than a minute, once you are at the top, you can enjoy the various attractions on site for a truly memorable day. The biggest highlights of the observation deck are the skywalks, love photo zone and many more for you to discover. Visitors can stay as long as they wish, there is cafe and restaurant, if you wish to have a drink or food, so this is the great way to spend the day.

If you have some free time during your Hanoi itinerary, visit Lotte Center Hanoi. It is a bit far from downtown Hanoi, so I recommend taking a taxi. There may be some differences depending on the time of day when using Grab, but in my case, Hoan Kiem-Lotte Center was 68,000 VND, and Lotte Center-Quan An Ngon (a restaurant in the downtown area) was 82,000 VND. It is definitely more expensive during rush hour, but I think it is possible to travel within 5,000 Korean won. In my case, I wanted to see the sunset from the observatory, so I checked the sunset time in advance and went. I stopped by Lotte Mart before going up to the observatory and bought some snacks! It was also fun to meet a little Korea at Lotte Mart. However, compared to the prices in Vietnam, Lotte Mart's prices are somewhat expensive! Please note~ You can buy Lotte Tower Observatory tickets in advance in Korea or buy them in person, but I heard that buying them in Korea is not particularly cheap and that the exchange rate can sometimes be expensive, so I went there and bought them in person. The most expensive tourist destination during my trip to Hanoi. It costs 230,000 VND per adult. Hanoi doesn't have many tall and fancy buildings, so the night view isn't that great. However, the view of the road from the observatory is impressive. The sight of motorcycles and cars tangled together doesn't look like a regular road, but rather like waves. #Travel itinerary Hanoi was a much more colorful and charming city than I thought. I was impressed by the European-style buildings, alleys filled with motorbikes, and the fragrant coffee and rice noodle smells on the streets. The first day of the trip started off lightly with a walk around Hoan Kiem Lake. As you walk next to the lake, you can see the Turtle Tower, and on weekends, it becomes a pedestrian-only street, so there are buskers and street vendors. In the evening, we went up to the Lotte Tower observatory and finished the day by watching the night view✨ The second day was a 2-day, 1-night Halong Bay cruise tour🚢. It was packed with things like limousine pickup, seafood buffet, Ti Top Island climbing, and kayaking, and the sunset and starlight from the boat were truly unforgettable scenes🌅🌌 After returning to Hanoi, on the last day, we went around the Hanoi Opera House, St. Joseph's Cathedral⛪, and Dong Xuan Market🛍️, bought souvenirs, and drank coffee. Especially, the Obama set I ate at Bun Cha Huong Lien was a must-eat local Vietnamese food🍜 Coffee time is a must on hot days! Egg coffee, coconut coffee☕ There were many famous cafes, so the cafe tour was fun. ✈️ Overall, Hanoi gave me the impression of being a **'delicious, cheap, colorful, and warm city'**. I can feel the relaxation, culture, and local sensibility, so I would 100% visit again! 🙌

The package that includes a city tour is good, and the staff is very fluent and kind in English. The highlight is the observatory itself, and the view of Hanoi's streets and West Lake at a glance is really great. Also, you can drink "Park Si Woo Coffee" with a free drink ticket here, and it tastes good. In addition, there are various games prepared at the observatory, so it is also attractive that you can enjoy sightseeing while having fun. The view from the observation deck is truly beautiful, and since we went up at 4 PM, we were able to enjoy the sunset in a relaxed atmosphere, perfectly timed with the sunset. (Make sure to go at sunset to enjoy the night view, sunset, and daytime scenery all together.) Looking at West Lake, it provides such a comfortable space that you can easily lose track of time. Moreover, the observation deck has a stylish bar that operates as a cafe during the day and a lounge bar at night, and the drinks there were delicious. It's not a bad place to make memories.

Yogurt in Vietnam is very delicious, cheap and good. When traveling, I have to buy it all the time. It's very delicious and cheap. If anyone goes, try it. There are many flavors to choose from.

I often stay at this hotel on weekends when I want to relax in a bath in Hanoi. It's a little far from the Japanese town (about 2km), but there's Grab so it's not a problem. The rooms are clean and even the standard rooms have a bathtub. Breakfast is a buffet style with a focus on Japanese food, so I'm satisfied. The only disappointing points are that the large public bath closes early and the bath is sometimes not cleaned properly. I recommend this hotel if you want to stay at a reasonable price in a Japanese hotel in the center of Hanoi.
