Recently, I went cycling with my friends in Tai Wai. We cycled along the bike path from the Shing Mun River to Twin Bridges, and then followed the bike path next to the Ma On Shan Promenade to Ma On Shan Park. There are many sports and recreational facilities 🚲 along the way
The weather was good that day, the sun was shining, there were some wind blowing along the way, so it was actually quite comfortable, there were many green plants on both sides of the bike path, really very eye-catching 🌴🌳 In addition, I also saw many different colors of azaleas, but I accidentally saw the traces of suspected cherry blossoms, so I decided to go back with my friends to explore 🤣
When I stepped back to that place, it turned out that this is the Heng Ming Street Rest Area in Ma On Shan. There are 10 cherry blossom trees inside. Their variety is Kawazu-zakura, dark pink cherry blossoms🌸 actually quite beautiful, maybe on weekdays, so not too many people came to check in, really take pictures not angry😍

Heng Ming Street Park is a recreational area on Heng Ming Street in Ma On Shan. It is home to more than 10 Kawazu cherry trees and Edo Higan cherry trees. It is one of the three major cherry blossom viewing hotspots in Hong Kong! A large area of cherry blossoms and peach pink petals form a large pink sea of flowers, making people feel like they are in Japan😍
Kawazu cherry blossoms usually begin to bloom from February to March. Because they are an early cherry variety, their flowering period is longer. If you want to enjoy the beautiful sea of flowers, remember to go and see them when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom! !
