Step into the Chinese Han Garden and experience the splendor of cultural art.
🌆 Today, I want to share with you an amazing cultural destination - the Chinese Han Garden! It is located in the northwest of Kaifeng City, the ancient capital of seven dynasties, on the west side of Longting Park.
🌟 The Chinese Han Garden is a magical treasure trove of art. It was founded by Mr. Li Gongtao in 1985 with his own funds. It is the first private stele forest in China and the largest private stele forest in China. As soon as you enter the park, it is as if you have stepped into a sacred hall of calligraphy art. The art of stele carving is the core here, from the oracle bone inscriptions of the Shang Dynasty to the various scripts of contemporary times, systematically showing the history of the development of Chinese calligraphy and the evolution of Chinese characters. Walking in the stele gallery, looking at the exquisite steles, the handwriting on them is either vigorous and powerful or elegant and unrestrained, making people marvel at the profoundness of calligraphy art.
🏞️ The garden scenery is even more beautiful. Here, mountains and rivers are interdependent, waterfalls and springs, and lakes and islands are reflected. More than a dozen artificial peaks have different shapes, five major waterfalls are magnificent, three major islands are like pearls inlaid in the lake, ten bridges span the water, and two large fountains add a dynamic beauty to the park. In the southern garden scenic area, the air is filled with the fragrance of flowers and plants, making people feel relaxed and happy.
👀 The main attractions here are each unique. The solemn stele altar is an important landmark building of the Chinese Han Garden Stele Forest. The exterior is all made of white marble, and the dragon and phoenix reliefs are exquisite, showing the majesty of the royal family. The Yansheng Mountain Waterfall has a drop of 19 meters, and the sound of the waterfall is deafening, and the waves are splashing, as if people are in a fairyland. The four big golden characters "Chinese Han Garden" on the top of the south gate archway are shining, and the eight big characters "selfless dedication, hard work" on both sides reflect the noble spirit of Mr. Li Gongtao in creating the Chinese Han Garden. There is also the statue of the Yellow Emperor Xuanyuan, which implies that the culture of the Chinese nation has the same root and the same origin, which makes people feel respectful.
🎉 The Chinese Han Garden also often holds various cultural activities, such as the Spring Festival Ancestor Worship Temple Fair, Qingming Cultural Series Activities, Filial Piety Culture Tourism Festival, etc., allowing tourists to feel a strong cultural atmosphere while enjoying the beautiful scenery.
💕 If you are a calligraphy lover, then the Chinese Han Garden is definitely your paradise; if you love traditional culture, you will also linger here. Come to the Chinese Han Garden and start a cultural and artistic journey 😉!

Chinese Independence Day at Han Yuan China in Kaifeng
Today, I had the privilege of joining the celebrations for Chinese Independence Day at Han Yuan China in Kaifeng, an event filled with pride, unity, and joy. As I stood among friends and colleagues, I couldn’t help but reflect on the significance of this day for China, a country with such a rich history and vibrant culture. The atmosphere was alive with patriotism and the spirit of togetherness, making it a truly memorable experience.
Celebrating here in China as a PhD candidate at Zhengzhou University, I felt honored to witness and be a part of this national moment, recognizing the strength and resilience that has shaped this great nation. It’s a day that will remain close to my heart as I continue to embrace the culture and people who have made me feel so welcome.

The ten stele galleries, including the Ancient Calligraphy Gallery, Modern Calligraphy Gallery, and Seal Carving Gallery, each stele is an art treasure. Walking among them, you can feel the weight of history and the depth of culture.
Special recommendations for some must-see attractions: 'Auspicious Dragon Brings Blessings' and 'Literary Dragon Brings Joy' lantern displays, which give traditional festivals a new glow; the garden scenery of 'Green Mountains and Waters, Blooming Flowers' makes one feel as if they are in a fairyland; and there is also the rubbing experience, where you can personally experience this ancient traditional skill.

Chinese Han Garden Stele Forest| Kaifeng Little Jiangnan, amazing!!
|Kaifeng Little Jiangnan, amazing!! Chinese Han Garden Stele Forest| Kaifeng Little Jiangnan, amazing!!
The Han Garden Stele Forest is located in the Longting Lake Scenic Area of Kaifeng City, next to the Qingming Shanghe Garden. It integrates the landscape art of mountains and waters and the architectural art of classical gardens, and gathers the great achievements of ancient and modern Chinese and foreign poetry, calligraphy, painting, and stele art. Everyone!! Must go!!
Time: 08:00~18:00
I entered from the north gate, and the stele forest came into view. It was extremely spectacular. There are more than 3,800 pieces of calligraphy and painting steles. The stele corridor is six miles long. It is inlaid with the representative stele posts of calligraphy masters from all dynasties, which is very shocking.
The entire park covers an area of 120 acres. The southern part is a garden scenic area. There are pavilions, towers, rock mountains and waterfalls, which fully reflect Chinese architecture. The boat in the lake needs to be paid for (20), which is very photogenic. If you want to take pictures, remember to wear Hanfu or cheongsam. Every step is a scene, highly recommended.
The entire scenic area takes about an hour and a half to stroll around. If you take pictures, you need to calculate separately. There are also performances in the scenic area. You can watch the performance schedule. It's worth a visit

Things you must know before going to Kaifeng China Han Garden Stele Forest
Hi~ everyone, I am Senyu. Recently, many friends from other places have asked me, when visiting Kaifeng, besides going to Kaifeng Qingming Shanghe Garden, Kaifeng Mansion, and Daxiangguo Temple, are there any other recommended places to visit? To this question, as someone who has been to Kaifeng N times, China Han Garden Stele Forest is also a good place to visit~
•
In fact, many friends from other places have always mentioned Kaifeng, most of them know about Qingming Shanghe Garden, and few friends know about China Han Garden Stele Forest. To be honest, this scenic spot is also worth visiting, and the scenery and buildings inside are worth appreciating. The following travel guide took me a week to organize, remember to collect it
•
📌【6️⃣ things you must know before coming to China Han Garden Stele Forest】
❶Actually, many people have not heard of China Han Garden Stele Forest, which causes many friends to leave after visiting Qingming Shanghe Garden. China Han Garden Stele Forest is next to Qingming Shanghe Garden, friends with ample time must go and check in
❷The exits of China Han Garden Stele Forest are very easy to take a taxi, and the bus is also very convenient. However, if you travel, I suggest you take a taxi by Didi, the cost of a taxi is rounded up, I personally don't like this, I only heard about this in Kaifeng
❸For accommodation, I suggest choosing to stay next to Qingming Shanghe Garden, which is closer to China Han Garden Stele Forest, Wansui Mountain Dazhong Wuxia City, City Wall Scenic Area, and Kaifeng Mansion
❹It is recommended to visit China Han Garden Stele Forest for 2-3 hours. If you have plenty of time, you can take a boat ride, and you will feel extremely comfortable when you row
❺The single ticket for China Han Garden Stele Forest is not cost-effective, it is recommended to buy a 60 yuan joint ticket or directly apply for a tourist annual card, which is also 60 yuan, and you can visit for 13 months, which is super cost-effective
❻In the afternoon of a sunny day in Han Garden Stele Forest, there will be a sunset, which is super atmospheric, and it is also very photogenic. Friends who like photography can go ahead and find a position, highly recommended

Escape from the hustle and bustle, recommended secret spots!
I've already visited two attractions in the three-day holiday👍
I recommend everyone to buy a joint ticket for the Chinese Han Garden Stele Forest, City Wall, and Wansui Mountain. Student tickets are half price, around 30💕
🌸First attraction: Chinese Han Garden Stele Forest🌟 I went there on the 29th. There weren't many people. The attractions inside are super photogenic. Sisters who like to take photos can go. Any shot is beautiful. There are many stele forests inside. The scenery is also super good when standing on it. There seems to be a chrysanthemum exhibition recently. The scenery feels better than the first time I went.
🌸Second attraction: City Wall. This one feels average personally because I was tired after visiting the Stele Forest. I didn't have the energy to visit the City Wall. There are also performances on the City Wall. You can take a look. If you go early, you can take a sightseeing car. It's more comfortable than visiting by yourself, and you can go directly to the next stop, Wansui Mountain.
🌸Third attraction: Wansui Mountain. Highly recommended. It's also the place I most want to go. The ticket price feels worth it. There are many performances inside. We arrived after four o'clock. They won't let you in after five o'clock. When we went that day, we also caught up with a boxing match. It was quite exciting. Around seven in the evening, there will be a music festival performance. If you want to watch, it's best to go and occupy a spot after six o'clock. There are more people. I only watched the opening warm-up performance. It was not bad. Around eight o'clock, I went to wait for the iron flower performance. It started on time at nine o'clock. Waiting for an hour felt worth it. It was super beautiful. The photos taken with the phone are not as good as the naked eye. You must go and see!!
🌸Finally, don't go to the Qingming Shanghe Garden during the National Day. There are a lot of people. Really, there are people everywhere. Watching a performance, as far as the eye can see, a mountain is full of people. The experience is very poor. The ticket price is also much more expensive than Wansui Mountain. After strolling for more than an hour, I wanted to go out.
I hope these travel attraction strategies can help everyone! Have fun!🎉

: China Hanyuan Stele Forest
where to go to spring? I will recommend you to Kaifeng Hanyuan Forest.
Most of the love for Kaifeng comes from the night scene. It is really an obsessive city, a city that people will miss when they come.
Yiling, Ertan, Sanshan, Santai, Sanhu, Sanwan, Sandao, Sanquan, Wuxi, Jiu Waterfall, Shifeng, Twelve Bridge, Twelve Pavilions The Han Garden at night is quiet and beautiful. It is like a sleeping beauty waiting for you to discover. This is the perfect combination of landscape art landscape and classical garden art. Do you feel her beauty?
xiexufengzi.
Entering the gate of the Chinese Han Garden, I saw the statue of the Xuanyuan Yellow Emperor, and suddenly awe-inspiring, he was as high as 18 meters, vividly showing the sacred solemnity and sublimity of the Yellow Emperor. In the center of the pedestal, there are seven dragons and white bas-reliefs, which symbolize that Kaifeng is the ancient capital of the seven dynasties; the faucet relief on the pedestal jade railing symbolizes that the descendants of the Yan and Huang dynasties are descendants of the dragon.
Yangsheng Mountain is the highest in the man-made mountains of the Hanyuan Forest in China. Its main peak is 24 meters high, and the side peaks are high and low. The waterfall in front of the mountain falls by 19 meters. The main peak of Yangsheng Mountain has a four-storey hall with a total area of about 500 square meters.
is located at the foot of the west side of Yangsheng Mountain. It is a hollow corridor-style antique building with a chair under the gallery and a stone bench. The verses of the verses of the verses of the verses are quaint, and are the perfect place for literati to sing poetry and entertain.
The monument is a circular classical building designed according to the Temple of Heaven in Beijing. The exterior is entirely made of white marble. The four sides are all 31 steps, divided into upper and lower three floors, one of which is a large dome-shaped exhibition hall with an area of 260 square meters. It holds exhibitions of paintings, photography and other works throughout the year. The monument is the base of the cultural exchange activities of the Chinese Han Garden and one of the landmarks of the Chinese Han Garden.

China Hanyuan, bathed for 30 years of spring and autumn, and traces of the years, whether it is calligraphy inscriptions or cultural heritage is first-class, this is the amazing temperament of the Chinese Han Garden.
The northern part of the Han Garden is dominated by the monumental architecture. There are more than 3,800 calligraphy and painting inscriptions. The little friends who are interested in art such as calligraphy and painting can go there carefully.

Into Kaifeng "Chinese Han Garden", for example, into the windmill world in the TV series, 100,000 windmills to create a windmill-themed filial piety culture tour.
The time tunnel consisting of thousands of colorful windmills rotates with the wind. The rotating windmill symbolizes the happy flow, and is a beautiful memory of the innocent and happy childhood.
China Hanyuan is located in the Longting Lake Scenic Area of Kaifeng City. It is a cultural garden integrating the landscape art landscape and classical garden architecture art, integrating ancient and modern Chinese and foreign poetry, calligraphy and painting and inscription art.
Waterfall, fountain, lake, and small islands are shining together. The pavilions and pavilions are hidden in the lakes and mountains, and the scenery is beautiful and charming. Nanpai Building, Yudai Bridge, Xuanyuan Yellow Emperor Statue, Jiuqu Bridge, Confucius Statue, the garden scenery in the south of Han Garden is beautiful and full of connotation.
