It is the first Catholic church in Daegu.
It was built in 1891 (wooden, Korean-style exterior)
It was rebuilt in 1902 due to a fire (brick, Western-style exterior)
It is a century-old church that represents local development and history.
The octagonal towering spire bell tower and red brick and tile structure is one of the three red brick churches in Korea and the earliest Gothic Catholic church in Daegu.

The main body of the church will be lit up at night, which will present a completely different atmosphere from the daytime. It is also recommended to come and see it at night.

The stained glass inside is directly imported from France.
