This restaurant is located in the basement of Gyeongdong Market,
where you can eat Korean Andong Kalguksu☺️
I can't believe I can eat Andong Kalguksu in Seoul...!
So I went there🤭
By the way...it's located in the underground food court of Gyeongdong Market,
but I came from Cheongnyangni Station,
so I was confused as to where to enter the basement,
and to be honest, I don't know the correct answer for the closest entrance to the restaurant😂
If you want to go, it should be easy to find if you enter from the side of Jegidong Station🙆♀️
When you go underground, there are various shops selling fish,
and it was dark and deep at that time🥹
By the way, there is also an inside restaurant!
I wanted to fully enjoy the atmosphere,
so I asked if I could sit outside and sat down☺️

What is Andong Kalguksu?  ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄
The difference between this and regular kalguksu is that the soup contains Chinese cabbage, and the noodles are not just made from wheat flour, but also from soy flour, and apparently 40% of the noodles at this restaurant are soy flour☺️

It's the perfect taste for Seoul in January, when it's normal for snow to fall lightly... this is what I was looking for...
It's so delicious that I almost said that...
The way to eat it is to add the amount of chopped garlic and tuna on the table to your liking, but if you eat it as is, you can taste the noodles and the gentle flavor of the broth.
And adding chopped garlic and tuna doubles the flavor!
I've heard that it tastes better if you add more garlic!
I heard that, so I added it and... yes, it was a winner 😤👏🏻 lol
If you like ramen, I definitely recommend adding more garlic lol
The noodles are flat and smooth. The soft noodles slide smoothly into your stomach 🤭
The Chinese cabbage soaked in the soup was delicious,
and the atmosphere while eating was also great... 🤍

He carefully teaches you how to eat it,
and when he notices that the Chinese cabbage in the panchan prepared by the other staff is dirty, he replaces it before you eat it...
And at the end, they even give you Chinese cabbage chijimi for free... 😮💨🫶🏻
This Chinese cabbage chijimi is also a specialty of North Gyeongsang Province 🥬♡
