Quanjin Fortress is an ancient city ruins located in the steep mountains of Seoraksan Small Park, also known as Seorak Mountain Fortress, Yongjin Mountain Fortress, and Tutu Fortress. Legend has it that two generals surnamed Quan and Jin built the city to avoid war, so it is called Quanjin City. In the high places of Kwonjinseong Fortress, there are Panshi, Lost Terrace, and Bell Tower, etc. There are 80 places overlooking the East Sea and Sokcho City. In the west, there are various forms of strange rocks and rocks in Seorak Mountains, such as Dinosaur Ridge, Tianpotai, Madan Ridge, and Zhuxiang Ridge. Standing on the beacon tower at an altitude of 670m, you can overlook the East Sea to the east and Ulsan Rock to the west. The scenery here is quite good, so some people say that "you can't see Seorak without going to Gwon Jinseong", which attracts many tourists.

Seorak Falls
The ideal way to comfortably appreciate the magnificent landscape of Seoraksan Mountain is using the Seorak Cable Car. The cable car boarding station is located in the Small Park of Seoraksan National Park. It takes about 10 min to get to the Gwongeumseong Fortress (700m above sea level) by the cable car. One-way ticket is not available, so visitors need to buy a round-trip ticket. Visitors can also enjoy an open view of various famous attractions such as Ulsan Peak and Manmulsang Rocks beyond glass window in the cable car.
