One of the highlights of Grand Center Point Pattaya is its family-friendly atmosphere and exceptional service. Children and elderly (including wheelchair) friendly. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived. With every interaction with staff, we were impressed by their warm and friendly gesture. The strength they pull through, the stories behind those smiles. Most have been with the hotel for nearly (many over) 10 years, went through difficult times since the outbreak of coronavirus and tourism went silent. Every interaction, also made this a meaningful stay. The hotel is not brand new but cleanliness of all the facilities is great. The interior deco, blue color combination, lighting, smell and light relaxing music made it all so calm and soothing. Nice rooms, amenities - all rooms have amazing ocean views, balcony and starlight bedroom ceiling. Great breakfast buffet with a good mix of Thai and Western. Roof top bar & restaurant with gorgeous sunset overlooking Pattaya city/beach. Turquoise swimming pool with spacious pool area to relax and skywalk overlooking the ocean. Lots of activities for the kids, pool slider, kids water zumba, mini soccer, archery, 3D games, indoor activities, excellent gym and PTs with complimentary fitness/yoga class (scheduled). I have lived in the awesome Grande Centre Point Pattaya in Pattaya, it is really planting! ! The hotel is very new, the color scheme is my favorite blue and white wind, super like the transparent viewing platform by the pool, just to see the big Christmas tree below! In addition, below the hotel is the terminal21 shopping plaza in Pattaya. It is not too convenient to eat and shop! The night view of Pattaya is also very good. Outside the night, the songs and dances will rise to the top of the night. The balcony door is quiet and the needles can be heard. The soundproofing effect is fantastic!

I've stayed at the Sukhumvit location before, and it left a good impression. This time I chose Grande Centre Point Pattaya for my trip to Pattaya, and I'd like to share my check-in experience. The hotel is very new and right next to the newly opened Terminal 21 shopping center. The hotel's G floor connects directly to the mall, making dining and shopping very convenient. Let's Relax is on the first floor, the Tiffany Show theater is opposite the hotel, and the beach is a five-minute walk away. The location is excellent. I booked an ocean view suite. The room is spacious, with a balcony offering direct ocean views, a walk-in closet, and a large bathtub. The ceiling has constellation lights. It's quite enjoyable to lie in bed, admire the scenery, and gaze at the constellations. The hotel has two restaurants. One is on the 32nd floor rooftop, which I highly recommend. It has an excellent view, perfect for afternoon tea on a sunny day or dinner at sunset—a great spot for photos. The buffet restaurant is on the F floor. The breakfast is plentiful, and they have a delicious Thai-style omelet. Every Saturday, they offer a super cost-effective seafood buffet for CNY 150 per person. The garden pool on the F floor is perfect for kids. There's a high-altitude glass walkway, a children's pool, and a super cute kids' club. It's not just for kids; even I, as a grown-up, could spend a lot of time there.😜 I plan to bring my baby back next time. Pattaya, Bang Lamung

last month was with my family enjoyin our staycation at this Grande Centre Point Pattaya. Hotel stay is fantastic & service is good plus shopping mall is very just downstairs connected to this hotel. Definately will be back again soon.

Fun & Relaxing Oasis in Pattaya

Our family went to this establishment at the end of December, and the outdoor weather is just perfect. The hotel provides complementary access to their Waterpark, Astro Club (Arcade & Board Games), Breakfast and Mini Bar. We got the Space Connecting room and it is quite spacious for my active kids to play and walk around in the room. The view from the balcony is amazing since it is facing the ocean and the waterpark. I recommend you to get a breakfast on their rooftop restaurant since from here you will get the best view. I am not sure if this only applies to December period, but their waterpark and swimming pool have a very cold water and it could be unbearable for some people. Also, the waterpark is not that big, however it will be enough to satisfy kids below 10 years old.
