Mayfull's buffet is a restaurant we visit every one or two months. With a Gold Card membership, you get a buy-one-get-one-free offer once a month. This time, we had lunch with no special theme. We enjoyed Mayfull's signature beef soup and clear beef broth, roast ribeye and sous-vide chuck steak. Additionally, there were a few new dishes like salted egg yolk crab, which was big and plump. The fried shrimp with curry sauce or masala mayonnaise was also delicious. The must-try items in the fresh seafood section were salmon belly and flower crab, both excellent. The dessert section had more options than the afternoon tea, including macarons and canelés. Don't miss the freshly pressed croissant waffles.
