Due to flight delays, I sent an email to the hotel to ask if there would be staff to assist me during check-in, but I did not receive a reply. But fortunately, the connecting flight finally arrived at around three in the morning, and after quickly passing through customs, I took a car to the hotel. The lobby was on the highest floor.
