The front is an open kitchen where you can see the chefs kneading dough and rolling fresh noodles according to orders—seeing every step of the way is amazing and makes you feel confident that every bowl is really good.  There are seats at the bar in front of the kitchen and small tables that are not crowded. The staff are friendly and provide good service. They take care of you. The udon noodles are chewy in a creamy mentaiko cream sauce that is slightly salty and oily. It is cut with seaweed, spring onions, and butter. It goes well with the crunchy side dishes.
