Suzhou's 44th Garden.
Suzhou's 44th Garden: Gengle Hall
Gengle Hall was built in 1449 during the Ming Dynasty. It was originally the residence of the Zhu family, but was later rebuilt several times by different owners.
Gengle Hall is laid out with a house in the front and a garden in the back. The existing buildings were rebuilt in 1738 during the Qing Dynasty, retaining the style of the Ming Dynasty. The garden contains Ming Dynasty relics and precious ancient trees, and is a national key cultural relic protection unit.

Geng Le Tang was built by Zhu Xiang, a sergeant of the Ming Dynasty. It occupies an area of about six acres and four points. It has five in fivety-two when it was built. Modan wrote that there is a Yan wing building. After a few expeditions, there are still three to forty-one, and there are gardens, fastings, cabinets, and shackles.
The entire second floor is connected by a corridor. There are many windows on it, which can touch the tiles of the old house at close range.
Hades.
On the second floor, there was a mortuary at the time and a happy house for marriage. You can feel the folk customs at that time from the furnishings of the room.
Turned around on the second floor, I feel that the Geng Le Tang is not big, nothing more than a small building, a few houses. Going downstairs, I found a small door at the end of the first floor. It was a very narrow door. It was a big garden after coming out!
The large garden is hidden behind the bedroom. There are stage, there are rockeries, there are small bridges, there is running water, this is the real low-key luxury has connotation!
