The Okura Memorial Hall, which introduces the history of Fushimi sake, was built by making good use of the old sake cellars. This museum is a brewing museum operated by the well-known Japanese brewing company, Yueguiguan Co., Ltd. Converted from a wine cellar built in 1909, it was opened for tours in 1982. This museum provides an easy-to-understand introduction to Fushimi's brewing process and the development of sake. In addition to displaying about 400 brewing tools according to the brewing procedure, there are also various wine utensils, as well as historical materials that introduce the history of Yueguiguan since its establishment. After the tour, you can taste sake such as ginjoshu in the hall of the memorial hall.
