The Pucheng Art Museum/Fan Di'an Art Museum is located in the place where the Southern Dynasty poet Jiang Yan "dreamed of flowers". It covers an area of 65 acres and has a total construction area of 33,000 square meters. It is currently the largest and most functional modern art museum in the county. The design concept comes from the famous sentence of Zhu Xi, a great scholar of the Southern Song Dynasty, "Half an acre of square pond opens a mirror, the sky and the clouds wander together". It was once a must-pass road on the Xianxia Ancient Road, witnessing the past of Pucheng. 5️⃣Guanqian Ancient Village There was once the largest wharf on the upper reaches of the Minjiang River, making Guanqian Village a transit point for goods from north to south. The original floating bridge in the village has been demolished, and some ancient houses are still preserved, surrounded by rivers and rice fields. On the way to Yunfeng Zen Temple, you will also pass by "Jiushidu Scenic Area", with beautiful mountains and clear water, and many locals fishing here.

This bridge uses boats as beams and was built in the 25th year of Hongwu in the Ming Dynasty (1392), which means it has a history of 617 years. According to historical records, a wooden bridge was originally built here. In the tenth year of Jiaqing in the Qing Dynasty (1805), in view of the lesson that bridges built here were repeatedly destroyed by floods, it was decided to rebuild a floating bridge. The floating bridge has been repaired many times and is still in use today. It is now 76 meters long and consists of 12 wooden boats arranged in a row and connected by two iron chains. If there is a flood, you can remove one side of the chain and let the boat move to the shore so that it will not be washed away. This bridge is the only way to connect to the Xianxia Ancient Road, which has been a battleground for military strategists since the Han and Tang Dynasties. It is an important land transportation line on the Maritime Silk Road and a poetry road paved with brilliant poems and essays. The Xianxia Ancient Road is the "Kukai Road" that the holy monk Kukai took to the north to the Tang capital Chang'an, and it is also the hometown of the famous tea green peony.

Xianlou Mountain, with an altitude of 333 meters and an area of 600 merchants, rises from the ground and is located to the east of the county. In the sixth year of the Western Han Dynasty (135 BC), Yu Shan was named the King of Dongyue, and he built a city and a beacon tower on this mountain, and a palace at the foot of the mountain. Later generations called this tower Yuewang Tower, and the mountain was also known as Yuewang Mountain. It is said that during the Song Dynasty, a Taoist priest from Dongjing, Li Taozhen, moved from Wuyi Mountain to this place. Later, in the late Ming Dynasty, Zhang Zeyuan and Du Zuyuan stayed in succession, followed by the talented poets, calligraphers and painters Liu Lin and Huang Zidun. They built the Welcoming Immortal Tower in the 19th year of the Qianlong era of the Qing Dynasty (1754), hence the name Xianlou Mountain.

I didn't encounter any other cars along the way, which saved me the trouble of meeting other cars. The temple is located in a mountain forest. There is a Ming Dynasty stone bridge at the gate. There is a shallow stream under the stone bridge where children can play in the water. The only intact building preserved here is the main hall. The details of the building are very attractive. There is also a cluster of bright red spider lilies blooming in the field in front of the temple. There is no one around, so you can walk around slowly and enjoy the view. ❗️It should be noted that there are many mosquitoes around the temple. The scenery along the way from Yunfeng Zen Temple to the city is picturesque. The rice fields have entered the harvest season this season, with yellow and green alternating.
