Fuhang soy milk is probably the best soy milk I’ve tried! We saw the reviews about this place about how crazy is the queue and omit was right, the queue was so crazy and I almost gave up queuing. Thankfully the queue moved really quickly, I queued for about an hour and I have NO REGRETS! This is one of my top 3 food in Taipei, and I’m not exaggerating it. It was my first time trying the savory soy milk and I’m so glad that I went for it! It was nothing like I imagined, it’s like eating some steamed egg in chilli sauce, and the fried fritter inside it’s still crispy! I also ordered their freshly made garlic bread with fried fritter in it, crab on crab turned out to be so much more delicious that I thought it would be. The fried fritter really is so crispy, I would fly back to Taiwan to eat this! There is a menu, but you will be asked if you want to take it away or eat it in, so if you want to take it away, say "waidai" (outside belt) and if you want to eat it in, say "neiyong" (inside belt). I wish I had taken a photo of the menu to show them. I ordered Hou Ping Jiatang, an oven-baked bread with eggs, and Xian Doujiang, a soy milk dish that tastes like soft tofu. The bread has a chewy texture reminiscent of Indian naan and goes perfectly with the egg roll.
