Some rare hotels make you feel comfortable and happy once you step into their rooms. So far, rooms have similar sunny effects on me. The spacious and elegantly designed room stars an ultra plush bed which may seem a bit soft at first but really just made me feel like I’m bouncing on clouds. I slept exceptionally well there and miss the luxurious smooth sheets. I have long heard of the Four Seasons Hotel Singapore and I was seriously excited when I finally got the chance to enjoy a one-night staycation at the hotel after I managed to snag it at a good price. The hotel lobby is pretty small but it exudes a classic luxurious vibe. As you proceed to the left of the lobby entrance, you will be captivated by the world map decorated with fascinating Bvlgari wall clocks. What I really love about this hotel is the thoughtfulness in the nitty gritty details. I spotted bottles of cold drip coffee, cold pressed juice, pastries packed in paper bags, a coffee machine with hot milk and a canister of hot water (for making tea) at the lobby! The closest MRT is at Orchard, but you’ll need to walk about five minutes to the hotel along an unsheltered road. While there’s a bus stop just outside the hotel, it’s on the opposite side of the road, and you’ll have to carry your baggage up the overhead bridge, or backtrack to the traffic junction at Wheelock and double back. The room is blessed with abundant natural light, and the beautiful carpets help further exaggerate the effect. A full height Peranakan mural wall is a standard feature in each room, comprising a sampling of traditional tiles set against a baby blue backdrop. Came for the staycation package that included 3 course meal and a bottle of bolla Prosecco. It included a 10/10 service by Simon who was filled with a great amount of passion and enthusiasm that made dinner more enjoyable. Appetizer - Really enjoyed the barrata with tomatoes mixed with balsamic vinegar. The portion size was just right, not too little and not too much. Main course - I chose the roasted sea bass. It was very refreshing and fresh with the shimeji, spinach and kale that was soaked with yuzu soy broth. For the beef short ribs, it was quite a huge portion. Each bite was very tender and simply just melted in your mouth. The veggies were great sides as it complemented with the heaviness of the beef. The mashed potato was the highlight of the dish as it was very buttery and smooth. Dessert - The meal ended with a fruit tart that was also very light and refreshing. Would definitely recommend as it was a great meal for a wedding anniversary celebration

As part of our Surprise Staycation package here at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, we enjoyed a 3-course dinner along with a whole bottle of Prosecco! However, as my husband and I don’t drink alcohol much, the staff very kindly switched out the Prosecco for a sparkling tea instead. The ambience here is spectacular, the dim lights and romantic mood make it a perfect venue to bring your date. The food was prepared so well and tasted amazingly delicious! My favourite was the seasonal fruit tart dessert, but honestly all the dishes were superb. At the end of our meal, the bartender actually handed us two glasses of amaretto sours on the house to end off the night. What a great experience! At the Four Seasons Hotel Singapore for our staycation, we had two swimming pools to choose from! The one on level 3 is the lap pool for more serious swimmers who want a workout while the one on level 20 is a smaller family pool. The gym is also located on level 3 and looks extremely well-equipped. Although with the current covid restrictions, some of the machinery have been cordoned off for safe distancing. This is one of the few hotels in Singapore that has tennis courts! Strangely enough, I could only access the stairs to the tennis courts via level 3. Some parts of the hotel were boarded up so this might be due to renovation works. Four Seasons Hotel has got to be one of our top favourite hotels in Singapore! The base room that we got was already super spacious and well-appointed, comfortably fitting a king-size bed, a lounge chair, a dining area as well as a dresser. I loved the modern elegant design of the interior. The bathroom is equally huge, sporting a bathtub, standing shower, double vanity sinks and a European bidet on top of the regular WC. One of the better rooms we’ve been to so far, highly recommended. But what was really impressive was the service standards we encountered during our staycation here! First up, the room was really spacious that comes with a bathtub and was taken by surprise as they left the handwritten letter to acknowledge us. Next, the service crew at the One- Ninety restaurant deserves a round of applause for the superb service provided, they took the effort to remember our names and addressed us for the 2 whole days when we were there. In a nutshell, Four Seasons is definitely one of the hotel that has really high standards with well trained service staffs that give guests a warm welcome and make it feel like home for whoever that stays with them.

The staff were very thoughtful and had decor the mirror in the room with writing as well as plush (which I requested prior to stay) as well as balloons. They even put roses petals in the bathtub. This is the first time in all my local staycations that I have seen the staff put so much thought into a guest celebration and we were deeply touched by this personalized gestures. The set dinner were great and we enjoy the dinner. The breakfast was assisted buffet and you can order the main from the staff and all other, u just go over to the counters and pointed to the staff what you like and they will arrange it on a plate for you. The staffs were great and we had a few enjoyable conversations with them. In addition, they were able to do customized breakfast mains like chili crab omelette (subject to the chef being able to do it). The hotel also has two big pool which you do not book the pool slots (first time for us and we really could not believe it at first). Unfortunately, the outdoor jacuzzi was closed due to govt regulation during our stay. In addition, you can access the housekeeping (including specific request for items) and chat with the hotel staff pre stay to during the stay just by downloading the four seasons app which is very convenient. So far, this app work the best among the various hotels chains that we have tried and the staff were very responsive. Located at the back part of Orchard Road which is great to get away from the bustling city but still in the center of it all. The “Boulevard Room” was stunning with its newly renovated room, endless views of Orchard Road and a glimpse of Marina Bay. Every aspect of the room to the bathroom were so nice and cozy, not to mention the ceiling speakers where the sofa were, was very thoughtful of the designer. Amenities were L'Occitane - very generous at that. Ordering room service for lunch & dinner was a breeze through their FS app which has a chatting service between you and the staff. I mean in this unprecedented times, limiting verbal interaction is always a plus! I ordered the “Westholme Wagyu Striploin” for dinner and it was very flavourful. For lunch, “Margherita Pizza” which was delicious and with both dining experiences from my room with views of the Orchard Road district - such a vibe!! There are 2 pools in the hotel and of course, I went to both of the pools. One was located at the rooftop which features a more family friendly vibe to it - with cabanas, while the other was at the gym level which has a more athletic feel featuring their lap pool & jacuzzi. I personally prefer the rooftop pool as it has a panoramic view of the surrounding areas and more daybeds/lounges. Breakfast was a shock to me as it was not an ala-carte buffet style at that time but rather a set and a choice of hot food. Despite that, the food was very tasteful and to my surprise very filling. It's right on Orchard Road, about a 6-minute walk from Orchard Subway Station. Getting to various attractions is super convenient. Places like Clarke Quay and Merlion Park are just a few minutes away by taxi. If you're a shopaholic like me, staying here is definitely the right choice. You step right out into a shopping paradise! I stayed in the Signature Boulevard Room, which was incredibly spacious at 49㎡. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered amazing views overlooking the tree-lined Orchard Road. The room's decor was particularly stylish, featuring Nanyang artwork paired with classic European furniture. Combined with the warm earth tones, the overall ambiance was both tranquil and luxurious.

The service was top-notch—staff members were attentive, warm, and always ready to assist. The hotel’s rooftop pool was a highlight, offering a peaceful escape from the city's hustle and bustle. I also enjoyed dining at Jiang-Nan Chun, which had some of the best Chinese food I’ve ever tasted. The location, just off Orchard Road, was perfect for shopping and sightseeing. The only minor issue was that the hotel is slightly tucked away, so you might need a short walk or taxi ride to get to the main areas. Still, the privacy and tranquility made it worth it. A fantastic stay, and I will definitely be back!
