Other than the strategic location, it is also offering more than what you will pay for as there is a big swimming pool besides the lobby with beautiful ancient Chinatown + the magnificent 118 Merdeka skyscrapers view. In term of the service, there is no doubt as good as the other 5 star hotel where it is the usual standard of all Marriott group hotel. Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Just a reminder, there are 2 Four point by Sheraton in Kuala Lumpur, 1 in the KLCC area and another 1 here is located in Chinatown, do check properly if you would like to make a reservation online as my friend was wrongly booked another one in KLCC last time 😅😅

The moment guests entering the restaurant, you will be surprises to see how beautiful the setup of this restaurant with red bricks filled the wall and the decor looks and picture frame really brings the vibe of Chinatown. Menu served here are nice and delicious and priced at range around MYR20 to MYR50. Tips: Ask for lunch set menu or dinner set menu which comes with appetiser, main and desserts. Really worth it!!

Address - Address - 2, Jalan Balai Polis, City Centre, 50000 Kuala Lumpur. The room was tastefully furnished, clean and comfortable. The beddings were of 5-star quality. The fridge was working well. The safe was easy to use. There were 10 hangers; which is more than sufficient. In addition, the hangers were easily removed from the wardrobe bar. Some hotels’ hangers has a part attached to the bar and thus can’t or difficult to remove. The hair dryer was strong and had a hot / cold function. Basic necessities Eg toothbrush, laundry bag & slippers were provided. Towels were sufficient; 2 bath towels, 3 hand towels & 2 face towels. Shampoo, hair conditioner and body wash were in dispensers. This is better than small plastic bottles or tubes which could be insufficient. In addition, a tube of body lotion was provided; a nice touch. The room had ample electrical sockets which were very well located. Coffee & tea condiments were sufficient There were a few aspects for improvement. Our room rate was about RM173. But we had to place a RM200 deposit; which is more than a day amount. However, we were given a late checkout; 1:30pm. The car park is a little cramp and sharp corners, coming up and going down have to be careful. The lift at the parking area was under cleaning. We arrived at 3:15pm. We had to walk down 3 levels to reach ground level. And then take the hotel lobby lift to the front desk which is located on 7th floor. Normally, hotels’ lobbies are located on ground level. Swimming pool and gym are at the same level as front desk. Room temperature was centralised control and set at the lowest level which is 26 degrees Celsius initially. On a positive note, we were issued 2 room cards without having to ask. Hotel’s location wasn't strategic. Eateries could be found right in front of main entrance & surroundings. A few of them open till late in night. Petaling Street is a stone’s throw away. The LRT station is within a few minutes walk. Rating - 4 star

#mybesthotel Amazing stay here and we had the most comfy rooms with a beautiful view overlooking chinatown. The breakfast buffet is phenomenal and has a huge array of choices for all. The service was great, and the location is just a few minutes walk from the metro station and the main market. Many restaurants and groceries nearby too :) This hotel really surprised me by being really accessible and liveable! We had a premium room and it was surprisingly spacious. Bed was so comfy and big fat pillows, which I love. Fantastic location Have a great accommodation experience ! The room is comfy and clean but the tv programme no so much channel .
