Three ladies (me, my daughter, and my mom) took the high-speed train 🚄 from Hangzhou. It took about 3 hours to arrive at Xiapu, and then we took a taxi to Dajin Beach. It was a bit chilly in March, there were few people at the seaside, and many shops were closed, making it feel a little desolate. It will be much livelier if you go in May or June! Dajin Beach 🌊🌊, known as "Hawaii of Fujian" and "Beidaihe of Northeast Fujian," is over 3,000m long and over 200m wide, shaped like a crescent moon. There are many Instagrammable spots on the beach, and you can also take a boat to go fishing. It's very pleasant to stroll around... The next day, we chartered a car and visited Donghai No. 1 Scenic Spot - Haiweijiao - Xiawei Island. Haiwei Castle, with its Greek blue and white architectural style, is a beautiful viewing platform. There is also a large bookstore.
