The restaurant rotates, meaning that you get a fantastic opportunity to see Shanghai for many angles by night. The service at the restaurant is just okay for me, but many waiters are not speaking English. The food is medium good. It isn't any special. It is French food, but I'd say that you can get higher quality French food other places more cheap in Shanghai. However, go here for an unforgettable view. #romanticrestaurant
