I went to Teradomari Fish Market Street (Ameyoko Fish) ☺️🫰 I took the 7am Shinkansen, and booked a hotel at Nagaoka Station, so I went to Nagaoka! I was surprised to arrive at 8:30 ♡ I thought, "Niigata only takes an hour and a half 😲" ♡ From there, I used the Holiday Unlimited Pass to get to Teradomari in about an hour (^^) → Holiday Unlimited Pass: 1200 yen It costs almost 1000 yen one way to Teradomari, so it's overwhelmingly more economical to buy this 🤚❤️ All the food in Teradomari was delicious ❤️ Especially the fatty tuna sushi 🤤! The best way to travel to and from Tokyo on the same day is to take the JR Joetsu Shinkansen. The official website of the Nagaoka Fireworks Festival has announced the return JR timetable (pay special attention to the second table, heading to Tokyo). Considering the time when the fireworks festival ends and the time it takes to walk from the venue to Nagaoka Station, we mainly use the four trains after 21:30.
