I've been living in Johor Bahru, Malaysia for a year 😃 Eco Botanic Grandmaong The broth is made with anchovy stock, so it suits Korean tastes well You can choose the ingredients and noodles that go in it I recommend the basic one It's so delicious if you put a lot of chili sauce in it I was addicted to it for a while and ate it three times a week The stir-fried noodles are also really tasty 😉

Our first choice of hors d'oeuvre was Foie gras however having been told that what was on offer was a preprepared pate instead of the conventional freshly cooked duck liver; we opted out for French onion soup, wild mushroom soup, fresh oysters and fried potato wedges. For our entrée we selected fresh cod, Australian wagyu beef, French lamb cutlets and octopus. Aside from ambiance and service any fine dining venue lives or dies by the quality of its cuisine. In this instance the quality of the ingredients, seasoning and plating indeed hit the mark. The French onion soup was exceptional with a perfect pastry and cheese topping and deserved a MICHELIN Star. The wild mushroom soap was equally as good. The lamb was cooked to perfection with delicate seasoning and excellent flavor. The cod was perfectly cooked and came on a bed of mashed potatoes and a side of al dente sautéed vegetables. I went to a Japanese fair that was a three day event and it was held at Eco Botanic, more on the western part of Johor side. Sometimes, this area also held different theme for different events and this time is Japanese theme where they had make effort to even have some sakura looking tree to make the place really insta-worthy to take a lot of photos. It was warm when we were there since it is outdoor but it did not dampen our mood. There is a lot of great Japanese influence foodies here as well as local Malaysian food as well. #jb #johor

#staycation Before our stay at Forest City, we stopped by Eco Botanical for lunch and stumbled upon on an adorable rubber duck fun fair! I couldn't contain my excitement and let out a joyful scream. Growing up, rubber ducks in bathtubs felt like something out of a fairy tale, and now, as an adult, seeing giant rubber ducks brought that childhood wonder rushing back. Stepping into Eco Botanical felt like entering another city, different from the usual sights of Singapore or Malaysia. The atmosphere was refreshingly different, almost like being overseas. The rubber duck fun fair added to the fun with countless photo opportunities, carnival games, and an inflatable playground.

One of the best Mexican dining place in Jb. Environment is good and arts drawings looks excellent. I like the bones theme in the restaurant. It does not looks horror and I find it quite enjoyable. Foods are certainly nice and I can assure it is the best Mexican foods restaurant in Jb. It’s located in the eco botanic.
