Not only does it have vast expanses of grassland and tall coconut trees, but it also has a fishing area for adults, a water play area for children, a zoo, and a botanical garden. It's simply the perfect place to take the kids out in the summer. We went there for two consecutive weekends and are thinking of going again next weekend. The park is roughly over 200 hectares in size, which is quite large. All you can see is greenery. We arrived at about 4 o'clock, and it wasn't too hot. Regarding parking: Parking requires a reservation through 'Beautiful Shenzhen', but the park has very few spots, only about twenty. We parked in a building's parking lot very close to the south gate entrance of the park (about ten meters away), which cost 15 yuan. Essentials to bring: Picnic mat, hammock, baby toys (bubble machine, kite, frisbee, plastic airplane, etc.), and food. Tying the hammock between two coconut trees and lying on it is so comfortable! If you don't want to bring food, you can order from the KFC food truck next to the lawn.
