[Hong Kong] Great value hotel for both Disney and sightseeing
If you're going to Hong Kong, you want to enjoy both Disney and sightseeing! I'm sure there are many people who think that way, right?
Prices in Hong Kong are higher than in Japan, and many hotels are relatively expensive, so as a Hong Kong Disneyland annual pass holder, I searched for a hotel with good value for money 👏
Disney hotels are expensive, and too inconvenient for sightseeing in the city 🤔
Disney is a bit far from the tourist spots of Mongkok and Tsim Sha Tsui 🤔
So, I was looking for a hotel in an area that was relatively easy to get to both, clean, and reasonably priced! I was convinced after staying at the hotel that it has high reviews on all reservation sites✨
◼️E Hotel
189 Pei Ho St, Sham Shui Po, Hong Kong
[Features]
・Close to the station
・Convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, dessert shops, and drink stands are all within a few minutes' walk from the hotel
・24-hour rooftop garden (nice night view✨)
・Elevator buttons can only be pressed with a card key
・Water servers on each floor
[Access]
3-minute walk from MTR Red Line Sham Shui Po Station B2 exit
Less than 40 minutes by MRT to Hong Kong Disneyland
10 minutes by MRT to Tsim Sha Tsui Station without transfers
20 minutes by MTR to Central Station
[Rooms]
Depending on the room you choose, there are many compact-sized rooms, so it might be a good idea to just accept that you're only staying in a hotel to sleep!☝️
Relatively clean, and there's space under the bed to put your suitcase!
The fact that there is a table and chairs is also a big plus!
In addition, there are three USB ports and some Japanese outlets can be used as they are, which is convenient!
There is an outlet near the bed, so you can charge your smartphone while you sleep!
There are outlets all over the room, so you can feel safe even when staying with multiple people!
[Bathroom]
It's compact in size, but the shower room has a partition (wall), so you don't have to worry about the toilet getting wet!
Body soap and shampoo are provided.
Two towels and two bath towels were provided and they were clean!
(In cheap hotels in Asia, it's normal for them to be slightly torn 😂)
The toilet does not have a washlet.
The washroom has a stand, so it's convenient to keep skin care products and other items on it!
[Price]
Around 21,000 yen for two nights on weekdays in April 2025
Deluxe double room
[Rooftop garden]
The rooftop garden on the 18th floor is open 24 hours a day✨
It's nice in the morning, but it's also highly recommended to relax in the evening while watching the night view of Hong Kong!
At check-in, all you need to do is show your passport and leave a $500 deposit (credit card accepted).
At check-out, you just need to hand over your card key, so even if you don't speak English, there's no problem 🙆♀️
I didn't do any sightseeing in the city this time, and had a two-day Disney schedule, but I was very satisfied with the location and cleanliness for this price ☺️
