Every year, many tourists come here to walk and play, and many movies and MVs are shot here.

Durdle Door is located on the Jurassic Coast of the English Channel in southern England. This stretch of coast, which stretches 154 kilometres from Exmouth in East Devon to Studland Bay in Dorset, was named a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2001. #springitinerary I’ve been hearing about the Jurassic Coast for a while, and I finally had the chance to visit! Given that the sights are spread out, we decided on a route that minimized walking while maximizing scenic views. Our itinerary included Southampton, the Weymouth seaside town, Durdle Door, and back to Southampton. Here's a quick guide to what we did! Weymouth Guide Getting There: You can reach Weymouth from Southampton via train. We caught a train from Southampton Airport Parkway station, and a one-way ticket was around £5. Exploring Weymouth: Upon arrival, we navigated to Sandsfoot Castle via a 20-minute walk from the station. Along the way, we passed Weymouth Harbour, but didn’t stop as the views here weren’t the best yet. Continuing our walk, we reached Sandsfoot Castle and its park. The area was full of locals relaxing in the sun, with a vibe that almost felt like being on a holiday in Hainan! 🌞 #naturalwonders

Stay in Bournemouth to go to the beach, then visit those two magnificent sites, which are only 40 minutes away. The parking cost was £12.40 for up to 4 hours. It was a great walk and took about 2 hours with lots of stops to take photos etc. I would highly recommend to visit these places.

The fries just out of the pan are golden and crispy, and the fish meat 🥩 is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It is coated with a thin layer of batter. When you take a bite, it makes a "crunch" sound. Paired with the sweet and sour ketchup, it instantly makes people feel happy. Sitting by the dock, enjoying the delicious food while admiring the passing ships [Canoe] and the sea view in the distance, all the troubles of life are thrown away. #getgoing2025 Durdle Door, Jurassic Coast, Dorset On the Jurassic Coast, Durdle Door is the name of the limestone arch between two lovely beaches, St Oswald's Bay and Man O'War Cove. Even on the hottest days in the height of summer they won't get overcrowded; to get here you need to climb down several hundred steps in the cliff (and it's a long walk back up to the loo or to get your sandwiches). But it's worth the climb. It is a beautiful spot, sheltered from the wind and so striking that it has been chosen as a location for Far From the Madding Crowd and Wilde, for Pink Floyd artwork, and music videos for Cliff Richard, Bruce Dickinson and Tears for Fears. The sea is unexpectedly blue and crystal-clear - though breathtakingly cold, drawing gasps from even the bravest bathers.

Absolutely amazing views of the Jurassic Coast. This sight Durdle Door is a must see when visiting Dorset. The lush blue water that surrounds the Coast is a natural beauty. Not very often you would find lush blue water everywhere in the UK. Lovely walks around the area. Great place to visit during the summer months. This is a World Heritage Site and one to tick of your bucket list!
