Tsuen Wan Thai Hot Pot Chicken Buffet
This Thai restaurant is located in the Discovery Park Shopping Center in Tsuen Wan. It specializes in Thai-style hot pot chicken buffet. The interior is spacious and comfortable, with a minimalist wooden decor. The pure white walls are adorned with many green plants, creating a relaxed and cozy atmosphere, perfect for gatherings.
From Monday to Friday, 11:30 AM to 5:30 PM, groups of five get one person free. Takeout orders enjoy a 10% discount.
For dinner, there are three levels of set menus available, with options for 90 minutes or 120 minutes.

The broth is made fresh daily with five different options. The milky white coconut chicken soup has a refreshing sour and spicy taste, with a strong lemongrass aroma and smooth coconut flavor, not greasy at all. The Thai clear soup is clear and non-greasy, with a refreshing herbal taste.
For the chicken pot, the plump and juicy fresh chicken pieces are tender and flavorful, with a rich Thai sauce. The spiciness can be adjusted to your preference.
In terms of meat, the selected beef chuck has a transparent tendon in the middle, with little fat and firm meat, soft and refreshing. The Australian 250-day grain-fed Karubi beef is rich in marbling with a bit of tendon, firm and chewy, with a layered texture. The Spanish Iberico pork slices have evenly distributed fat, with a rich meat flavor and sweet juices. The beef brisket is a small piece of muscle membrane from the front rib of the beef, not greasy and very crunchy.
For snacks, the squid paste and shrimp paste are fresh and smooth, with a slight crunch from the crab roe. The freshly grilled skewers include beef, pork, and chicken, tender and juicy without being dry, drizzled with flavorful satay sauce. The pork neck is fresh, tender, and crunchy.
In the self-service area, the golden crispy fried items include chicken wings and potato wedges, as well as boneless chicken feet and Thai-style appetizers like vermicelli. Sanrio characters will be at D‧PARK from July 7 to 28 for the "D‧PARK ☆ Sanrio characters Midsummer Sports Festival", where 5 popular Sanrio characters Cinnamoroll, My Melody, Little Twin Stars, KeroKeroKeroppi, and Bad Badtz-Maru will join children in 10 sports challenges and carnival games, including "Obstacle Challenge", "Curling Master", "Speedy Reaction Challenge", "Extreme Cyclist", and "Football Skittles", etc., testing the little contestants' physical and mental abilities, and those who complete the challenges will even receive a limited edition sports gift pack.
In addition to the sports challenge area, the carnival game zone also features 5 Sanrio-themed game booths, where both adults and children have the chance to win rich prizes, some of which are exclusive to the event, making it an opportunity Sanrio fans should not miss.

Experience Different Sports - The 67th Sports Festival Carnival
The Easter holiday is coming to an end, and of course, we must seize the opportunity to have fun! My friend Heng Heng and I took the lead in experiencing different sports at the '67th Sports Festival Carnival' and attended the '67th Sports Festival Opening Ceremony'. This year's theme is 'Energize the City, Family Fun Together'.
The '67th Sports Festival Carnival' will continue at D·PARK Discovery Park on April 6th to 7th (Saturday to Sunday)! There are different sports tryouts, performances, and demonstrations, such as skating⛸️, fencing🤺, soccer⚽️, table tennis🏓, lacrosse🥍, frisbee, and more. Many of these sports I have never played before, so I can take this opportunity to experience them. It's suitable for both adults and children!
After playing each game, you can get a stamp, and once you collect 6 stamps, you can exchange them for a souvenir🎁.
