Dayun Courtyard, also known as Dayun Temple, was founded in the third year of Tianfu after the Five Dynasties (AD 938). The Great Buddha Hall was built in the fifth year of Tianfu, and the seven pagodas outside the temple were built in the first year of Xiande of Zhou Dynasty (954), until the first year of Jianlong in the Northern Song Dynasty ( 960) has more than 100 halls. Dayun Courtyard is surrounded by mountains on three sides and Zhangshui River in the south, with dense forests, quiet and deep. The entire temple is a two-entry courtyard. The existing mountain gate, Tianwang Hall, Sanfo Hall (back hall) and east and west wing rooms in the front yard are all in the architectural style of the Ming and Qing dynasties. The Great Buddha Hall is a relic of the Five Dynasties. The Great Buddha Hall is three rooms wide and three rooms deep. There are 21 square meters of murals of the Five Dynasties preserved in the hall, and the east wall is painted with the Buddhist story of "Vimalakirti in disguise". The Seven Pagodas are in front of Dayun Temple. The whole body is carved with hard bluestone. It was originally seven floors, and now there are five floors and a height of 6 meters. This tower is exquisitely designed, well-sculpted and unique. There are more than 20 cave dwellings on the cliffs outside the temple. According to legend, Ma Sanbao, a Tang general, was stationed.
