Damlatas Cave is the most accessible cave in Alanya. It is located in the center of the city, near the sea coast and many other tourist attractions so it can be visited in one day with Kleopatra beach, Cable car and Kalesi fortress. It is not the biggest cave I have ever visited, but if you never went to a cave then you should go see Damlatas Cave! People who suffer from asthma come to this cave every year and take a 21-day treatment course because the air in the cave contains high percentage of carbondioxide, around 10 to 12 times more than in normal air, and has 95% humidity. The cave open to visitors at 10am and close at 6pm. Tourists can purchase entrance tickets on the spot, or order tickets online. The entrance ticket costs less than 2$.
