Breakfast is by no means ordinary rice noodles. Instead, it is "Cangshan Small Dishes" served in a Jianchuan black pottery grid—milk fan rolls with rose sauce, Yangbi walnut cheese, Eryuan preserved plum, and Nuodeng ham with buckwheat cakes.
