Busan Hotspot Date Restaurant Daidokoro
Daidokoro is a place in Gwangalli, Busan where you can enjoy authentic Japanese cuisine.
The karaage came out with bite-sized pieces of chicken that were crispy on the outside. The batter was thin and savory, while the inside was moist and tender. The seasoning was just right, making it delicious even without any sauce, but dipping it in the special mayonnaise sauce that came with it enhanced the flavor even more. The pickled vegetables and salad served as side dishes were a great combination to balance out the greasiness of the fried food.
The tonkatsu had an excellent harmony of thick meat texture and crispy batter. The meat was juicy, and each bite was full of flavor, with the sweet and salty sauce adding richness to the taste. The set meal, which included rice, miso soup, and salad, was satisfying in its composition.
Both dishes showcased the essence of fried cuisine in terms of taste and texture, making them highly recommended for special occasions or a hearty meal.
