The private beach in Nirvana Mediterranian Excellence Hotel is great! It is a very long (900 meters) beach with soft sand and clean water. It is perfect for everyone friends, couples and families with kids. On the beach you will find many sunbeds, changing cabin, beach lifeguard, showers, beach and pier bars, beach bistro and an opportunity to rent VIP beach pavilions, which we did and it was a wonderful experience to spend a day there with great service! We enjoyed staying at this wonderful hotel! A premium hotel, an excellent choice for discerning tourists seeking to surround themselves with comfort! #staycation

Me and my family booked through agency two rooms for 7 nights. From the first look it was a good hotel with beautiful hall and hospitably good personnel. BUT it was just an appearance. Let's talk about advantages and disadvantages. DISADVANTAGES: 1. Staff were fake. All of them are showing just that they do care, but in reality you need to ask for again and again. One of our rooms didn't have a wall that could cover the inside look of toilet. There is just a glass between toilet room and bedroom! We asked three times to replace it and they were just saying yes, but doing nothing. And that not just it, there were plenty issues... 2. Room were clean when we arrived, but at the third day, sink in the bathroom start leaking water and we need to call a service. After "fixing it" it keeps continue leaking and start smelling gross. The room cleaner didn't even clean the bathroom, she just change the towels and left the room. 3. The ac was not working all time. Sometimes it was showing an error even after "fixing it". 4. There is a cafe near by beach that is working 24/7. Food was not delicious at all, and I have to wait for my order for 40 minutes. ADVANTAGES: 1. Hotel is near by beach and has direct access to it. 2. Even though food in the cafe outside was delicious, not every hotel has it. And if you are hungry you can go there and order a meal from list and it's free! 3. Staff that are working on the beach were true hospitably. 4. View and location is really good. 5. Wonderful hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. A little old repair, but it was not critical. Mostly polite staff. Very large territory of the hotel, while the wi-fi is seamless and works throughout the territory. Clean, the beach is also very clean and well-kept. Many chill zones, hammocks. Available non-alcoholic (ayran, water, soda) and alcoholic (cocktails, they use surprisingly high-quality alcohol of famous brands). Tasty and varied food. On the territory there is a water park, a swimming pool (cleaned every evening), but we did not use them. Right next to the hotel there is a stop, you can get to Antalya and other larger settlements.
