My second time staying in this hotel. Still a good choice for me. No doubt. The rooms were clean, very comfortable and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. My fav hotel when i visit cameron highland. So near with Kea Farm and other attractions place. Love it ❤️

a pleasant stay

Location of hotel was good easy to find n view was beautiful. Breakfast was great. Room nice n clean. Reception beginning from doorman through out my whole stay was all smile's n very polite. All in all it was a beautiful experience n will definitely come again. All ok just that the coffee house staff is not friendly and not helpful. They should know how to welcome the guest better and specially when they come for breakfast. They find it hard to clean the table and also must increase the amenities such as having garbage bin around so we can throw the rubbish. I spot no rubbish bin in the coffee house. And also the room is ok but t Should improvise the amenities there too, because there is no shampoo inside the bathroom

This is the best hotel near to Kea Farm Brincang Malaysia. Big room size. Old toilet with small size to fit 2 peoples. Hotel room is partially refurbished. Breakfast many variety with western, local, egg, porridge, pau, fruits, salads and many more. No air cond and use fan only. Window can be open for ventilation. No room making is provided due to covid pandemic situation. Can get the towel exchange upon request by going down to lobby as there is no phone in room. Bed is hard but still acceptable. Ample of parking space for cars, got 3 floor. Gym, spa and swimming pool are available. Tv channel is very limited only. Fridge is available and common tea and coffee is refillable.

This time pegi cuaca hujan rentai2 tapi still bole jalan lagi.. jalan xya cakap le, clear gila No jem at all!!!! Hahahah selesai 2D1N at Copthorne Cameron Highland. Jumpa lagi la tahunnd depan..

Address: Copthorne Cameron Highlands, Kea Farm, Brinchang 39100 Cameron Highlands Pahang Price: 💰💰 Rating: ⭐️ Nestled high above sea level, Copthorne Cameron Highlands presents itself as a four-star hotel strategically located amidst popular tourist attractions like the strawberry farm and sheep sanctuary. Opting for a twin deluxe room for a night's stay with the aimed to explore the nearby farms during my visit. Lobby: The expansive lobby boasts a charming cabin aesthetic with towering ceilings, which screams vintage all around; felt like I was transported back in time. A leisure and warm hobby station, featuring amenities like massage chairs, billiards, and old-school arcade games, adds a recreational touch. The games requires 2-4 tokens to play - 1 token for 2 RM. The downside is that they only accept large notes of 10 RM, so you'll have to either change more and play more or forfeit the tokens. Room: We got a free room upgrade for our stay! We were really excited as it came with a balcony. Upon entering the room, the first thing that greeted us was the old musky smell. Upon inspection, we realized it was from the molds that was growing all over the room, the walls, bathroom curtains and the corners of the rooms. As it was only for a night stay, we were too lazy to get it changed. The room came with basic amenity - 2in1 soap and shampoo, toothbrush, shower cap, body lotion and slippers. There were also a coffee and tea bar. Hot water was provided but it was only available at the lobby. The toilet comes with a bathtub but being surrounded all the molds, its a no bubble bathe for me. Not to mention, the drainage of the bathtub was pretty bad. There was no aircon available as it's generally very cold in Cameron Highlands. The view from the balcony was decent, you can watch the sunrise and occasional fog and clouds that flows in. The hairdryer wasn't working, so we had to sleep with wet hair. Other Facilities Copthorne Cameron Highlands offers additional facilities such as an indoor swimming pool, a fitness center, and a children's playground, providing options for varied leisure activities. Staffs The staffs were all super nice and friendly, and the concierge even offered to send us to the shopping mall at night as there wasn't any taxi or grab available. Despite it's convenient location, I think it's not worth the stay for tourist who are particular on cleanliness. I did fell sick after a night here. I highly recommending staying more central, and rent a car for a day to explore the farms around here. #hotelreview

surprise trip

july is my 2 kids birthday month, i plan a sudden trip for them. we start journey from Ipoh by 6pm, we take 2 hour to reach cameron. in car, while my hubby is driving, then I search for hotel. some guest house not accept late check in. then I choice copthone hotel. the checks in time till 11pm.

The location of the hotel is located in a convenient area, close to tourist attractions or restaurants. Easy to get to and from. Clean and comfortable room condition, comfortable bed, enough space to move and all the facilities you like TV, Wi-Fi can be used/functioning. Service from friendly and helpful staff, able to answer questions and help. The facilities provided by the hotel are useful, such as swimming pool, gym and spa. The food at the hotel restaurant is really good. There is a wide variety of food to choose from and the service in the restaurant is good. The overall value of the hotel is worth the price.
