Conrad Shenzhen opened in 2023, and all the facilities are brand new. Although I live in Shenzhen, I wanted to do something special for my anniversary, so I decided to stay at Conrad Shenzhen and enjoy the view. I went during the National Day holiday, and the hotel was quite full. There were also a lot of guests with children. But overall, the stay was amazing.

I stayed in an Executive Bay View King Room. All the rooms at this hotel are about the same size and layout, and the only difference is the floor and direction. If you want to enjoy the view, be sure to book a Bay View Room. You won't be disappointed.

Let's talk about the service. When I booked, I told the hotel about my anniversary, and the hotel team prepared a card and decorated the room for us. When we went to the Executive Lounge for dinner, the staff remembered us and wished us a happy anniversary again. I was really impressed.

310 sqm, one master bedroom and one secondary bedroom, the living room & dining room is almost 200 sqm. There are two B&O Lab28 speakers next to the TV, with a sound system throughout the suite. Whether for audio-visual entertainment or parties, the hardware in this room is top-notch.
The design language of Yabu in this Conrad is very different, it can be called pure luxury. The master is still very skilled, this Conrad is very Shenzhen, and very Yabu.

This is my first time at Shenzhen Conrad, and I can say it is one of the top two Conrad hotels I have stayed at in terms of service. From the moment I got out of the car, the doorman helped me with my luggage, and the concierge at the door handed me a luggage card and guided me to the lobby. The lobby staff saw my diamond card and immediately took me to the lounge. Since it was happy hour, the lounge atmosphere allowed me to dine first, and the staff also helped me with the check-in process. The entire process was so smooth that it made me feel at home. I am very grateful to every staff member for their help during my stay.
The only small regret is that after checking out, I found that the bill included charges for two ironing services that were supposed to be complimentary due to the executive lounge benefits. I reported this issue to customer service, and they quickly corrected the bill. Despite this small issue, their attitude towards resolving the problem was very prompt. I appreciate their professionalism and enthusiastic service.
Executive Lounge: Top 1 among the Conrad hotels I have stayed at. During happy hour, they offer lamb chops and salmon steaks, which are not commonly seen in lounges. The taste of various main courses and desserts is also a notch above other lounges. Breakfast includes à la carte dishes that are carefully plated.
