It has only just opened, but it was very clean. There are floors for women only and floors for private use, so it seems like you can use them for different purposes. Breakfast is available in the common space on the 5th floor, and yogurt and bagels are available for an additional fee. The room is simple, with only a futon and pillow. There is also a safe by the pillow. There are two showers and three toilets. There was also a refrigerator.
