Tatsu yakiniku is a half-breed restaurant that offers both Korean (thick slices of meat/pork, grilled and cut with scissors) and Japanese (thinly sliced meat/pork marinated in sauce) with high-quality pork/beef. In particular, the Japanese yakiniku offers high-quality meat, thinly sliced with fat and marinated in a rich sauce. The taste and aroma of the meat with the sauce enhance the flavor of the meat even more. Eating it without dipping anything is the ultimate pleasure.
In addition, you can't miss the premium seafood, including scallops, shrimp, and squid, served fresh, with bouncy meat and no fishy smell.
There is also a hot food line of Korean fried chicken, tteokbokki, and kimbap. As for vegetables, there are both fresh vegetables and Korean salad vegetables that you can scoop as much as you want.
What you can't miss is the grill that is slightly tilted down to drain the oil for us. Plus, the service at the restaurant is excellent. They change the grill so often that I feel bad.
As for the dipping sauce, the restaurant offers three types: black sauce, salty, sweet, and fragrant. Spicy seafood dipping sauce with a spicy and sour flavor, and spicy and delicious jaew dipping sauce. All the dipping sauces are good, especially the black sauce that enhances the flavor of the pork and beef even more.
As for drinks and desserts, they are standard, like other premium buffet restaurants. The ice cream is Wall's ice cream, which I personally like better than the scooped ice cream from other brands.
