[2025 Singapore Restaurant] Travel Guide for Columbus Coffee Co. (Updated Mar)

This cafe in Singapore is penny plain, yet it gives a sophisticated aura about its design. It is based amongst the commotion of the most popular cafes and furnishes an uncomplicated menu with extraordinary yet not over pretentious dishes. It is even well known for its coffee as Two Degrees North Coffee Co roasts its coffee beans. When entering, you would see a logo of the famous explorer Christopher Columbus which gives the cafe a unique concept. The menu is very wide-ranging which differentiates it from the other standard cafes you'd find in Singapore. #café

The business here is super good even around 2pm, still full house while we could not make the reservation one day before, only can come to scan the QR code to queue. The good thing is we just waited for around 5 mins and were seated. The dishes were all very yummy abd tasted some different from the other cafe we tried before. #singaporetrip space is very cozy and nice. The overall atmosphere is pretty comfortable. Food was good, portion seems small but it was sufficient. French toast with chicken was delectable. The mala chicken burger was also good but I feel the brioche bread could be a little more flavourful (savoury) to compliment the chicken, though overall it was an enjoyable meal. Mentaiko Salmon Donburi bowl was a balanced meal and flavour, really bringing comfort to the stomach and tongue. Honey tater tots were interesting and I enjoyed it. Overall experience is good, the space is really cozy for a relaxing brunch or late afternoon meal.

I like the environment here, reminding me of the Melbourne cafe vibe. We had pasta, sourdough and some of their recommended dishes and all turned out delicious. As weekend is their peak, we had to wait for around 30 minutes for a table and another 15 minutes for food to arrive. The coffee is good too. If you are into cafe-hopping, they also have other “sister-brand” in the East coast and CBD (Neptune and Lunar Coffee Brewers). Price is abit on a higher end around $18-$25 for main course. They do sell coffee beans and cold brew for take away. I highly recommend to get The Milky Way (ice cold brew). #moreinsg
