The lighthouse on the coast of Glasgow is a great spot to watch a stunning sunset. I came to the lighthouse in the evening and watched the sun gradually set and the sky turned golden. The ripples and sparkling water on the sea surface, intertwined with the sunset glow, create a dreamlike scene. It was a soul-stirring moment and I felt the power and beauty of nature. Besides enjoying the sunset, I was also lucky enough to try the local favourite, fish and chips of course! I had a freshly fried fish fillet and crispy chips with their special tartar sauce which was delicious. Sitting on a bench by the sea, enjoying the delicious food and sea breeze, I felt the unique charm of the Glasgow coast. It is worth mentioning that the area near the lighthouse is also a paradise for photography enthusiasts. I picked up my camera and captured the beauty of the sunset. Every photo became a precious memory. The combination of the coastline, the lighthouse and the sunset creates an unforgettable image. We always travel to UK from Dublin simply because of cheap flight ✈️🤣 This post is about our trip to Glasgow. Few places that I would recommend if you’re traveling to Glasgow. We spent about £38 to buy our train ticket and it’s a open return ticket 🎫. We find it very worth as the price is for 4 pax and it’s very flexible 🙌 This first place to recommend is definitely Gallery of Modern Art!! All the art pieces were just stunning and amazed us! The Gallery was not too big, we spent about 2 hours there and we just love it 🥰 Gallery of Modern Art 📍111 Queen St, Royal Exchange Square, Glasgow G1 3AH, United Kingdom The next spot will be University of Glasgow! The building was so so beautiful. We spent sometimes to walk around the university. Due to weekend, the university was very empty and we were able to get some pictures around. We met a student from the college and she was explaining the history of the university to us. 🥹🥰 She’s just so nice! University of Glasgow 📍Glasgow G12 8QQ, United Kingdom The last place that I recommend would be Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum. We did not made any reservation in advance. We just walk in and luckily we are able to enter the museum. Again, the art pieces were all very stunning! #fallingseason Autumn is almost over, and I came to Glasgow Green to take pictures of the red leaves. The leaves turned yellow and red ~ so beautiful ~ the rows of leaves were great for taking pictures. The park is huge and it takes at least an hour to walk around it. Convenient transportation, 15-20 minutes walk to the city center. There is also the People’s Palace right next to it, you can visit it for free. #Glasgow Green #People’s Palace

#timetotravel The Gallery of Modern Art is a gallery that displays contemporary arts in Scotland. It is one of the top tourist attractions in Scoland due to the statue right infront of it which always has a traffic orange cone on its head which signifies freedom of speech and the protector of the gallery. We managed to get in to this exhibition hall and saw Banksy's exhibition. It was so interesting. Gallery of Modern Art, Glasgow After walking around George Square, then visit the art gallery, go to the toilet is perfect. British statue typical duvet cover ice cream cone behavior is here, the funniest thing is that the souvenir shop also sells duvet cover ice cream cone postcards, keychains, etc. Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures for everyone to see. There are not many exhibits but the advantage is that the places are big enough to walk slowly.

Scotrail is a must experience in Scotland when you are touring around and if you don't have a car. Such a lovely ride with Scottish highlands and lowlands stunning views. We hopped onto the train in Ayrshire and got off in Glasgow Central Station. I really enjoyed the ride and there weren't a lot of people as well. #timetotravel We didn't plan on attending one but we saw a few days before that there was a star wars orchestra concert at the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The concert hall is big and spacious , nice lights and great sound system. It was just a great experience overall with very lovely staff inside. They always offer different shows here and it can be rented for events like graduation. If you are into concerts then just check their website about the timeslots of their shows. Tramway is an art studio located at the south side of Glasgow. You can either take the train to Pollockshields East or take the bus there. I spent about one hour there. They will have different exhibitions approximately every month. I love the artwork there, it was absolutely beautiful 😍 There were also a hidden garden and a wee cafe. You can totally spend a whole day just chill out with your friends or family.

Come to Riverside museum on Saturday just in time for Spring festival. The museum is quite big, there are many old British transportation, outside there are some fire trucks, shovel trucks can pretend to be drivers, but the queues so did not try. There is also a ship outside the museum, a former ship, you can go up and visit, it’s big and interesting! There is a restaurant under the museum, which is good~

Glasgow Gort is a massive shopping centre in Glasgow east side. The shopping mall has lots of shops! You name it! I would recommend the Italian pizza restaurant and Mactassos, a Greek street food. The gyros are totally incredible and the price is reasonable. There’s also a cinema called Vue. The tickets are a lot cheaper compared to other cinemas in Glasgow city centre. It was a perfect place to spend a whole day there!

Queen’s Park is located at the south side of Glasgow. It is a very popular park in the neighbourhood. There are two pounds with lots of ducks there. It is a very nice place to chill, different from the vibe in city centre. It is quiet and you can climb up to the flagpole to see the panorama of Glasgow! I would love to go back again as it is a wonderful place to go picnicking!

Getting There - Glasgow subway to Kelvingbridge or train to Partick Attractions - Kelvingrove museum Hotels - N/A Food & Restaurants - Chinese food restaurant Shopping - everywhere Kelvingrove museum is a massive museum with lots of art collection and statues. I spend 3hours there but still not finish it. I recommend people who love arts can go there 3-4 times because in that way you can enjoy all the collections there. Furthermore, they have organs playing on weekends if you love music 🎶

Getting There - Glasgow Ingram street Attractions - The Ramshorn Hotels - Yotel Glasgow Food & Restaurants - Saporro teppanyaki Shopping - Buchanan galleries The spring finally arrived! The cherry blossoms in Scotland really amazed me! It was as beautiful as the one I saw in Japan! There are lots of them in city centre and Glasgow Green, the park nearby. It was about 15 mins walk from city centre.
