This is the most prestigious Risorgimento museum in Italy. This is a beautiful manor house built in the 16th century, both inside and outside are worth visiting 4️⃣ Rivoli Just on the edge of the city, it's a great place to hang out after visiting the city center. After a stressful week, a sauna is exactly what I needed. During my trip to Turin, I stayed at Best Western Plus Hotel Genova, which has a really futuristic spa 🧖‍♀️. For €30, you have two hour access. the steam room has a sky full of stars 🌌! outside the steam sauna, a small ice cube pool lets you cool down 🧊. The hotel is very convenient, directly o ur side the central train station and has teams to most attractions. Food wise, I found Cafe Vittorio Veneto to be affordable and at the same time has a nice view. The Bolognese, Tiramisu and Latte Macchiato was €20 in total 🍰🍝☕️. If you want to see what life is like in the Medieval ages, head to Turin, a city 2 hour bus ride away from Milan. I was lucky to get the €1.99 bus ticket at 6:45am from Milan. 🚌 Borgo Medievale is a fortress and town built in 1884 to replicate a medieval city of Piedmont region. You will find shops selling Lord of the Rings style jewllery and costumes. 💎💍👑🫅 For a nature and religious experience, head to Chiesa di Santa Maria del Monte dei Cappuccini, an easy 12 minute walk from the closest team station. You will get a pretty good view of Turin, comparable with the view from the Mole (closed until November 2022). Gnocco fritto fried dough cake - paired with Italian air-dried ham, the crispy Gnocco Fritto and the salty and delicious Prosciutto are really a perfect match. For the first dish, I chose Tortellini. These tiny dumplings were all handmade and served with a sauce made from 30-month aged Parmesan cheese, which was full of rich cheese aroma. The church was completed in 1731. It is a late Baroque and neoclassical architectural style. There are eight Corinthian columns at the entrance. On clear days, you can see the panoramic view of Turin near the church. The day I visited there happened to be smog and visibility was not very high. An accident occurred here in 1949, when a plane carrying the Grande Torino football team crashed not far behind the church, and all members of the team died in the accident.
