ChibaPark is not very big among many parks. It is a bit like a street garden. It will be beautiful in the park when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom. A place for a leisurely stroll.

Great local park with plenty of benches and trials to run.
There are boat rentals for the pond, vending machines, and a cafe nearby.
This park features a small waterfall and wisteria garden/overhang.
The Lily pad/lotus flowers aren't in season yet.
I was able to Google translate many of the signs and luckily the sign about the history of this park has English.
The monorail is close by. It would be about a 20 minute walk from Chiba station.
