I recently caught a flight from the tianfu terminal 1. As expected the airport is far from the city. It mostly caters to international flights while terminal 2 does domestic. Travelling to and from the airport tends be a challenge. Here follows the options: Taxi - You could take a taxi from one of the many apps on your phone. The prices are very competitive. Or you may book a prepaid taxi at the counters. Although this will be expensive. Metro/subway :- This is the lost cost effective option. It may take an hour or so for most people but it works out well. You also might need to change a line. But expect it to be under 12 rmb. Lastly, the terminal 1 only has business lounge. No economy lounge available. But you may pay. #localtourguides

Best way to Chengdu From Thailand

Review of going to Chengdu in an affordable, brutal, fun way, all on the same airline. Spring Airlines DMK-TFU-DMK 9C7502 13.35-18.05 (+1) 9C7501 10.30-12.35 (-1) It can be said to be China's Less Low-Cost airline. (Low cost of low cost again, haha) and it's an airline that compares with flying time to Chengdu. Made a very good price. It's a really good option for people with children. Because we don't have to be afraid that children will make loud noises. Because the whole plane is loud, haha. (Personally, I can't handle AA because the flight time is too brutal, 2:00 a.m.) This airline has all Chinese people on the plane. On the way there were 3 Thais and 1 foreigner. On the way back, there were 3 Thais and a foreigner. Another one as well, a new plane, A321Neo, Pratt & Whitney PW1100G-JM engine, the sound is not annoyingly loud. We were sitting right next to the plane, rows 25-26, with new engine power remaining. Take Off - Landing was very smooth. The cabin was clean. The captain had excellent skills. Takes care of the entire air hole The weather conditions changed throughout CrossWind. The stewardesses were very attentive and always tried to help us who are not Chinese. When flying, if there is no bad weather, the flight will always be in the Ontime status, with no delays. It is considered a good option for traveling to Chengdu. Rated at 8.5/10. There are a few complaints, which I took the time to do my homework for. Haha. • A normal Carry-On bag can't go up to 20 inches, not 18 inches. The maximum is only 16 inches. What else will they put in there first? Haha. So I was forced to pay for the weight of loading it under the plane. But in the Don Mueang T1 outbound section, the ground staff can share the baggage weight. The price has been reduced a bit. Anyone who wants to fly on Spring Airlines, it is recommended to change the price to a ticket price with additional luggage weight. A minimum of 10KG is enough. Anyone who wants to add more than that is free to do so. As for the departure from Chengdu, T1 cannot share the weight of the luggage. One leaf after another is mandatory. Including the ticket price and baggage loading fee, it's still cheaper than the Red Line and other full services. It is recommended to buy baggage allowance from the airline's app to get a cheaper price. • The A321Neo seat is a bucket seat. The seat cannot be reclined. But there is an advantage: if someone pushes or hits us from behind, we won't feel it. Even though the seat can't be adjusted. But the legs have room to move without being uncomfortable. The armrests aren't big at all, giving you more space to sit and move around. The central aisle is wide. You can walk without getting crowded with the Food Trolley. The disadvantage is that the food tray holder is a bit small. If you can put a little bit of stuff in it, if you put in the food tray, it's overflowing haha. • With all the Chinese people on the ship being diligent in talking to each other. We talked from takeoff to landing like we hadn't seen each other for decades. Let's play with mobile phones. Both during takeoff and landing As soon as the plane was level, the people took off their belts and stood up to talk, haha. And we can bump into each other without apologizing, haha. But because we are who we are, we have Sorry all the way to the bathroom. The stewardess probably knows that you guys aren't Chinese, haha. And from the look on their faces, they should be quite fed up with people from their country. But it was fun and got a Chinese atmosphere right from Don Mueang. Then on the way back the plane touched the ground and as soon as it stopped on TaxiWay, Brother Jean got up and thought he had stopped. Got hit by Air Veen once. I should say that I still don't understand why they're here. Let's all go sit together 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Chengdu TiangFu Airport

This International AirPort is so clean specially the CR. Comfortable chairs and with charger outlets. Facilities are good and drinking fountain anywhere. Though Chinese people talk less in English but still recommended and they are helpful if you ask the staff. Cold place and a lot of food choices to eat and have your stomach be filled. Beautiful and clean Airport

Lovely Hotel

Lovely new hotel with large, clean rooms. Great breakfast buffet with variety of cuisines. Perfect for layover because the hotel is located between international and domestic terminals. Unfortunately nobody speaks English. The reception desk couldn’t respond to our inquiries due to language barrier. #layover

Comparable to the Swiss snow mountains - Dagu Glacier

The moment you step out of the cable car, it feels like entering an ice age, the vast white world and the full screen of blue sky, it's like being in a fairy tale world. Every photo taken is like a screensaver, making people's hearts move. Tourist guide: Take the scenic area shuttle bus for about 40 minutes to the cable car station. It is recommended to take the cable car to the glacier first to avoid the trouble of queuing. On the way back, take the shuttle bus to visit the previous 5 points. Dagu Lake (ice lake and snow mountain scenery) and Lover's Beach (red stone beach) are recommended. The cable car runs for about 15 minutes. It is recommended to arrive as early as possible. It usually requires carpooling to go up the mountain. If you want to charter a cable car, you can come down in the morning and prepare for a new adventure. Attention! It's really cold on the glacier, and the warm baby stickers on the front and back are not useful, so everyone is advised to keep warm, bring sunglasses, oxygen bottles (depending on your physical condition) and other necessary equipment. There are excellent shooting positions in the cable car and the snow-covered log cabins, snow trails, and lonely cafes behind. The drone aerial photography angle is even more beautiful. The ticket price is about 310 yuan (including the scenic area entrance ticket, shuttle bus and round-trip cable car) if you buy it on the travel website, which is quite reasonable. It takes about 6 hours to drive from Chengdu to Wenchuan via Rongchang, and then turn to the national highway. Along the Blackwater River, the canyon scenery is eye-catching and will never be boring. Let's immerse ourselves in this fairy-tale world and leave beautiful memories!

Trip to Southern Xinjiang (End)

Today is October 21st, I flew back to Chengdu from Aksu Airport in the morning, the ten-day trip to Southern Xinjiang ended today. The group members went from strangers to acquaintances, and the common hobbies made everyone feel very close. Carrying about 10 kilograms of photography bag, holding a camera, drone, out early and return late.
