It was built as a memorial to “Phra Thamwisutthimongkol” or “Luang Ta Maha Bua Yanasampanno” and to spread the teachings of Buddhism. 🚗🛵Located at Ban Bua Intersection, Roi Et Bypass Road Turn left at the intersection to Kalasin Province. If you leave Roi Et City, you will see the chedi on the left. Inside the chedi, there are relics of the Lord Buddha for people to pay homage to.

Built as a memorial to Phra Dhamma Wisutthimongkol, Luang Ta Maha Bua Yanasampanno of Wat Pa Ban Tad, for the propagation of Dharma and the practice of Dharma by Buddhists who are devoted to Luang Ta Maha Bua. It is a place of great faith for Buddhists. 🙏🙏🙏😃 The Maha Mongkol Bua Chedi is the only chedi that was permitted by Luang Ta while he was still alive. He came to see the land filling, laying the foundation stone, and enshrining the Buddha's relics himself. 😲 The chedi is divided into 4 floors. The lowest floor has a room for preserving Isan folk songs, which collects Isan folk songs (which was Luang Ta Maha Bua's idea himself) and stores them on the server. You can listen to every song. 🎶🎼🎵 The second floor is a library, which collects all the Dharma books written by Luang Ta Maha Bua. There are both for distribution and for reading in the library. There is also a room for listening to Luang Ta's Dharma.
