The Quarter Ari by UHG is a highly cost-effective four-star hotel in Bangkok. Conveniently located with a 7-11 and Starbucks right downstairs, it offers great value for money. Upon arrival, we were greeted with welcome drinks, and the front desk staff were very friendly. The hotel provides car rental services on the ground floor. On the 33rd floor, there's an infinity pool that's perfect for photos, with many guests taking pictures. There's also a gym and a bar nearby. The hotel is not surrounded by tall buildings, offering an excellent view. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, comparable to domestic chains like Orange Crystal and All Seasons. I stayed for about 500 baht per night. The breakfast buffet is abundant and delicious. It's about a 6-minute walk to the BTS Ari station, and there are many restaurants in the alleys around the station. It's known as the largest outdoor market in Southeast Asia, covering 140,000 square meters with over 15,000 stalls. It's estimated that up to several hundred thousand people visit daily, including tourists from all over the world and locals. It's a must-visit destination for treasure hunting and shopping when in Bangkok! As lunchtime approaches, the food area and surrounding stalls, offering coconut ice cream, fresh fruit, Thai milk tea, Thai fried noodles, banana pancakes, barbecue, etc., see long queues of waiting visitors. I chose a small Thai food stall, sat under a not-so-spacious awning, sweat dripping down, ordered rice noodle soup and stir-fried greens, and had a chilled fruit juice to cool off. After eating, I was sweating profusely, but a cold coconut water made me feel refreshed and comfortable. We visited several outdoor markets and night markets during our stay in Bangkok, but I definitely recommend Chatuchak Weekend Market. It is located right outside Kamphaeng Phet MRT Blue Line station. The market covers a pretty large area, although many of the shops in the inner alleyways were closed when we visited. This place has changed over the course of time. Its better lit, more organised and cleaner now. Its about 20mins bike ride from Rajdamri with a mall just outside. This night hipster night market runs till midnight. From tie dye clothes to second hand clothing to vintage house decorations to bug snacks, it is definitely a place to check out, preferably in the evening. The heat of the sun can be rather unforgiving in the day. I came to Bangkok for travel, this ❹ place had a lot of fun, recommend for those who want to enjoy the world. ❶ Gaduga Weekend Market Thailand’s largest market and currently one of the largest weekend markets in the world. If you have plenty of time, it is recommended to stay at least half a day. There are so many things that you can't help but buy. You can walk more and discover more, choose cheap things to buy, eat and drink nearby when you are tired, and you can do a horse and kill a chicken. It is recommended to walk in the trendy clothing area, silver jewelry area and art area to feel the lively atmosphere. ❷Chinatown The stalls in Chinatown start after 5pm. There is a wide variety of food, and there is a strong flavor of the New Year during the Lunar New Year. There is a restaurant here called Lhong Tou Café. The restaurant is very sophisticated and retro. You must try it when you are in Chinatown. ❸Bangkok Arts and Culture Center The whole building is beautifully designed, and each floor has a different themed exhibition, perfect for photos. There is also the Bangkok Graffiti Celebrity Skywalk right next door, so you can see exhibitions, shop, and gourmet food nearby. ❹ Sunset at the Temple of King Cheng on the Mekong River Soi Pratu Nokyung, walk along the alley to the end to find the pier leading to the Temple of Cheng and the Chao Phraya River, full of historical rhyme and modern vibrancy, a snapshot is a blockbuster.
