Busan is a port city and one of South Korea's important transportation hubs for sea, land, and air. Busan's coastal sightseeing spots primarily include bathing beaches and coastal parks. Haeundae Beach and Songdo Beach are favorite destinations for local residents. The city's attractions include historical sites, museums and art galleries. BUSAN BADA SAND on Haeundae Haeridan Road
BUSAN BADA SAND, located on Haeundae Haeridan Road in Busan, offers visitors the chance to witness the handmade production process. Their honey caramel cream sandwich cookies are a must-buy souvenir for many visitors to Busan.
Although reviews vary, I personally find them quite delightful! The original flavor strikes a perfect balance of sweet and tangy, with a rich and layered texture.
Keep in mind that the shelf life of the honey caramel cream sandwich cookies is relatively short: one week at room temperature below 15°C, two weeks when refrigerated, and one month when frozen. For the best taste, buy them fresh, store them in the hotel fridge, and enjoy them chilled.
The shop is conveniently located near Exit 2 of Haeundae Station, making it easily accessible.
Must-buy souvenirs in Busan💫
Busan Bada Sand is a small and cute cream biscuit specialty store located near Haeundae subway station. It has no other branches, only this one store.
As soon as I stepped into the store, I smelled the tempting caramel cream aroma. I bought two boxes, one for myself and one for a friend. (A box of 9 pieces/about NT$390)
It tasted ordinary, the biscuits were soft, and the cream was easy to melt when brought back to Taiwan, but the packaging design was very delicate and suitable for gifts. It is still worth buying. (I personally think that the most important thing is to look good 🤣)
In addition to cream biscuits, there are some peripheral products in the store, such as clothes, milk candy, etc. If you go to Haeundae, you might as well go to the store to have a look!

In Busan~It's Not Just Haedong Yonggungsa Temple!
Busan's Hidden Gem: Seokbulsa Temple (석불사) is nestled on the slopes of Geumjeongsan Mountain in Geumjeong District, Busan (near Beomeosa Temple). Affiliated with the Jogye Order of Korean Buddhism, this temple features massive stone Buddha statues carved into the cliffside. Tucked away in the mountains, it requires a hiking trek to reach, offering a quiet and mystical atmosphere with fewer tourists.
Temple Highlights:
1. Stone-Carved Buddha Statues:
• The most renowned feature of Seokbulsa is its grand stone-carved Buddha statues and Buddhist reliefs, directly sculpted into the mountain rock.
• Includes standing and seated Buddha statues, as well as Bodhisattvas and guardian deities, all exquisitely carved and awe-inspiring.
2. Secluded Location:
• Unlike larger temples, it’s not easily accessible. Visitors must hike from the Beomeosa Temple area (about 1 hour) through mountain trails, earning it the nickname "Hidden Temple."
• Surrounded by dense forests, the fresh air and serene environment make it ideal for meditation and relaxation.
3. Scenic Views:
• Perched on the mountainside, the temple offers breathtaking panoramic views of Busan city and the distant sea.
Travel Tips:
• Wear comfortable hiking shoes and prepare for the trek.
• Visit in the morning to avoid strong sunlight.
• The temple is small, making it perfect for a half-day trip or combined with a visit to Beomeosa Temple.

Sitting in the gently moving train, you can bask in the sunlight streaming through the windows and feel the sea breeze on your face—it's like a romantic rendezvous with the ocean.

No matter how long the queue is, it's worth the wait! Besides the tasty bread, the cafe itself is beautifully designed in a minimalist style, making it a perfect spot to visit. Walking through the bustling Nampo-dong shopping district, aside from various beauty and fashion stores, there's a curated shop called BUTTER that will make your inner girly side explode!
With its colorful and adorable exterior, it's hard to resist stepping inside. The store offers a wide range of creative goods and everyday items, such as small cards, charms, keychains, and more. Not only are they practical, but they're also irresistibly cute.

Busan Cafe: Adorable Dog-Shaped Desserts + Meringue Takeaway Cups Are Too Cute to Handle
After visiting so many stylish cafes, it's nice to indulge in something a bit more whimsical every now and then! This time, I headed to Jeonpo-dong, a hotspot for cafes, and chose the super adorable Kitten Coffee to satisfy my sweet tooth. This cafe specializes in dog-shaped desserts and cookies that are absolutely heartwarming!
I opted for the Chestnut Chocolate Dog Cake, which is reminiscent of a Mont Blanc dessert. Honestly, it was so cute that I hesitated to cut into it—it was just too adorable! I also intentionally got a meringue placed on a takeaway cup—it was irresistibly cute.
Overall, this cafe is definitely all about cuteness first, and those with a sweet tooth will surely love it. The owner was incredibly kind and even gave me a dog-shaped butter cookie as a gift. Busan's warmth and hospitality are truly amazing!
*** The indoor seating is conveniently located next to the ordering area, so no worries about sitting in the sun. After enjoying your treats, you can explore the nearby area, which is filled with charming and unique little shops!

Busan's New Brunch Spot in Seomyeon: Healthy and Delicious!
Opened in March this year, '덴바 Denba' is tucked away in the alleys of Seomyeon. The name stands for "Daily Energy Bar," and the restaurant specializes in a healthy and refreshing dining style. Although the menu options are limited, every dish looks incredibly tempting!
For example, the #RoastedMushroomSalad features various mushrooms slow-roasted in the oven, sprinkled with coarse salt, and paired with chickpeas and Italian balsamic vinegar. It's tangy, aromatic, and super appetizing! The #MashedPotatoesAndSausage dish combines creamy mashed potatoes with cheddar cheese, mildly spicy mustard, and juicy sausages—so delicious you won't be able to stop eating! Another highlight is the soup, which has a natural sweetness from vegetables, a slice of sourdough bread, and melted cheese, making it rich and comforting.
The space is designed with an open two-story layout and large floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. Enjoying breakfast here feels truly relaxing—simple yet perfect, and without any tourist crowds. Highly recommended!

[Korea Trip] An exquisite moksal restaurant in Busan that you'll want to visit again and again!
#Let's go abroad
An excellent moksal restaurant in Busan that you'll want to visit again and again!
"Machandul Wang Shioyaki" in Seomyeon, Busan is my favorite yakiniku restaurant that I've been to many times.
If you go for lunch, you'll get a free stone-grilled siregi rice and doenjang jjigae, which is the best deal!
On this day, I visited at night and ordered two servings of moksal and samgyeopsal. The juicy meat, which spreads its flavor with every bite, is so impressive that I'm always impressed! There are plenty of side dishes, so you can enjoy it until the end without getting bored.
The final dish of nurungji (scorched rice soup) will refresh your mouth.
If you're looking for yakiniku in Busan, this is the place to go!

Wow! Club D Water Park in Busan is so much fun.
Hey kids, I recently visited an amazing place—Club D Water Park in Busan! I highly recommend it to everyone~
Before you go, make sure to prepare well. Don’t forget to bring a hat, whether it’s a baseball cap or a sun hat, and a waterproof phone pouch so you can take pictures even in the water! Also, pack your toiletries so you can clean up thoroughly after all the fun.
When buying tickets, take note that there are separate tickets for the sauna and the water park.
There’s so much to enjoy in the park! The artificial surfing pool is super thrilling, and when the big waves come, it feels just like being in the ocean. The lazy river is incredibly fun too—you can lie back and float leisurely, feeling like you’re on an adventure. Both the big and small slides are a blast; you’ll zoom down them in no time, and it’s so exhilarating! There’s also an infinity pool and a surf massage pool, plus a dedicated activity area for kids.
If you get tired and hungry, don’t worry! The park has plenty of delicious food options like hot dogs, fish cakes, corn, and refreshing cold drinks, all at reasonable prices.
In short, this place is absolutely amazing. Gather your friends and head over for some fun!

Busan Travel Destination Recommendations
This is Centum City in Busan. It offers a wide variety of necklaces and numerous attractions, including photo zones on the first floor that give off a strong spring vibe. I really loved the photo zones, and there were also chairs available for resting, which made it even better. There was no entrance fee, and you could take photos freely around the area, which was fantastic. The atmosphere was great, and I highly recommend visiting this place at least once. Additionally, it is connected to department stores and shopping malls, making it very accessible.
If you ever visit Busan, I strongly recommend stopping by here at least once. There are plenty of food options and photo zones, and the lighting is beautifully set up, making it perfect for taking great pictures. What I loved the most was the underground connection to the subway, which made accessibility incredibly convenient.
Busan Mountain View Cafe Recommendation
💚 Twosome Place Busan Geumjeong Fortress Branch
Introducing a mountain view cafe in Busan where you can relax while enjoying the lush green scenery. It's Twosome Place Busan Geumjeong Fortress Branch. Located near Jangjeon-dong, you can find this cafe while driving through Geumjeong Fortress before heading towards Hwamyeong.
We ordered the famous tiramisu cake and iced Americano at Twosome Place. The soft and sweet tiramisu cake paired perfectly with the iced Americano.
Since the cafe is situated in Geumjeong Fortress, it's surrounded by mountains and vibrant green trees, making it incredibly relaxing to enjoy coffee while taking in the view. Personally, I usually prefer ocean view cafes, but after experiencing the mountain view, I was completely captivated by its charm. The abundance of trees around the area adds a refreshing scent, and visiting during sunset allowed us to enjoy the beautiful sunset, making it even more healing.
If you're looking for a mountain view cafe to unwind in Busan, why not visit Twosome Place Geumjeong Fortress Branch? 💚

This is my third time using stall #33 💡
The regular customers and the stall owner are both at a good distance from each other and not pushy 🤭
They care about me and smile all the time. I personally like that kind of atmosphere because it's comfortable
It depends on the timing, but so far I haven't encountered any drunk people who are just noisy and I've been able to enjoy the atmosphere of the stalls at a leisurely pace. So, it's safe for those who are going to Busan for the first time or want to try street food✨️
A Japanese woman from Hokkaido was relaxing by herself☺️
Fish cooked right in front of you, plump shrimp, and shellfish packed tightly together
Street food filled with the kindness of a mother♡
Even if you don't speak the same language, you'll be greeted with a smile
Please experience that warmth✨️

[Korea Travel] Perfect for summer in Busan! A famous milmyeon restaurant where you have to queue
A popular restaurant in Haeundae, Busan [Haeundae Milmyeon]
This famous restaurant is so popular that locals line up,
and serves cold wheat noodles "milmyeon" and "bibimmyeon" with sweet and spicy sauce.
My personal recommendation is bibimmyeon.
The perfect combination of moderate spiciness and chewy noodles!
The wheat flour noodles in milmyeon are a little soft,
so some people will love it and some won't.
I think I prefer cold noodles.
The steamed dumplings are also warm and have a gentle taste with a thin skin.
The pickled radish and daikon radish that you can pick yourself are also a nice touch.
This restaurant is easy to enter even by yourself,
and you can experience the local atmosphere of Busan.
Perfect for summer lunches and solo travel!

Recommended Budget Accommodation in Haeundae: Newseas Haeundae Residence
A recommendation from a Busan staycation enthusiast!
I recently visited 'Newseas Haeundae Residence,' and it was absolutely amazing.
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Free parking for one vehicle per room!
• Gym, sauna, and swimming pool available!!! Perfect for a staycation, right? 😊
The building is clean and newly constructed, so the condition is top-notch.
Not only is it budget-friendly, but the location is also excellent—
perfect for a leisurely walk to Haeundae Beach!
Above all, I absolutely loved the room condition.
Clean, spacious, and no unpleasant odors!
As a Busan local, I highly recommend this accommodation.
Travelers, take note! ♥
Busan's most recommended brunch! You'll fall in love with this pudding-like French toast once you try it!
I highly recommend this Hash Table brunch, the exterior is super cute and the interior decorations are even cuter! And you can see the boss' taste and care in every corner, and the boss is super handsome🤭
This restaurant is very popular during brunch hours. The restaurant can only accommodate about 10-12 people, so you may need to come early in the morning. We arrived at almost 4pm that day and the restaurant was reserved. However, some items were sold out, but fortunately, the French toast was still available! And it’s really, really delicious! This is the best French toast I have ever eaten (eyes shining 🤩)
If I have time, I would really like to spend afternoon tea here looking out the window.
Tip: You can take photos in the store but don’t take photos of the kitchen area! This is the boss's little insistence, you must follow it!

Busan 2 nights 3 days trip expenses revealed💸
#Let's go to Asia
These are the travel expenses for my trip to Busan on February 18-20💰
Food, hotel, transportation, shopping
I calculated it roughly🙆
Transportation: ¥17,292
Hotel: ¥7,056
Food and cafe: ¥17,455
Shopping: ¥11,650
Total: ¥53,453💸!
Hotel expenses are calculated per person.
If you go with someone else, the hotel fee is cheaper, so that's great♩
I didn't do much shopping, so the total was cheaper🛍️
The plane ticket was originally 30,000 yen, but I used trip.com points for a discount, so it was quite cheap.

Busan|Eating and relaxing is a healing experience. Breakfast at Lotte Hotel Busan is one of the most relaxing moments of the entire stay.
Breakfast time at Lotte Hotel Busan was one of the most relaxing moments of the entire stay. The restaurant is located on a high floor. Large floor-to-ceiling windows let in soft sunlight. Combined with the city view, it makes people feel healed while eating and relaxing.
The buffet selection is very diverse, ranging from traditional Korean cuisine to Western classics (freshly made omelette, waffles, smoked salmon, salad bar), as well as a coffee and juice area, so you can have a rich and satisfying meal early in the morning.
I especially recommend their bread section and freshly fried egg dishes, which are really as good as those in professional brunch restaurants! You won't be disappointed with the selection here.

A serene mountain retreat where the reclining Buddha awaits.
Upon entering Soowon Temple in Gijang, the first thing that catches your eye is the magnificent reclining Buddha statue. After experiencing Busan, I can say that it’s definitely worth staying a few more days! I regret not staying for two more days. 😅
Skyblue Capsule Train 🚂 – I recommend taking the train from Oryukdo to Cheongsapo in the afternoon around 4 p.m. The lighting is perfect then! You’ll have a forest on the left and the ocean on the right. 🌲🌊
Koh Kamakura 🏞️ – It really gives you that special feeling, and it’s definitely worth a visit when the weather’s nice for photos. 📸
Haeundae Moonlight Road 🌸 – The entire street is lined with cherry blossoms. Just take a picture anywhere and it’s bound to turn out beautiful! You can walk all the way along the coastline to Oryukdo. 🌺
Gamcheon Culture Village 🎨 – With elements of The Little Prince everywhere, the colorful houses are the highlight! There are many beautiful photo spots, especially in the coffee street on the main road below. ☕🏠
Baekjeonsan Beach 🏖️ – Having a moment at this cafe, which is absolutely beautiful! The terrace offers a great spot to watch the sunset, so romantic! Before going, don’t forget to try a bowl of matcha ice snow! 🍵🍧 There are also a few other coffee shops worth visiting around here, and in general, the aesthetic and quality of the cafes are much higher than usual. 😊

If you go to Busan, you'll want to ride the Sky Capsule, right?
But how do you get on?
Where do you get on?
How do you make a reservation?
We'll answer all those questions for you!
① First, decide where you want to board!
🌟The Sky Capsule operates between Mipo Station and Cheongsapo Station!
I got on at Cheongsapo Station!
② Next, make a reservation!
Make a reservation on the official website!
⚠️If you select Japanese as your language on the official website, you can only make reservations for the tourist train, so be sure to select Korean as your language before making your reservation!
If you don't understand Korean, try your best to translate!
⚠️Make reservations 2 weeks before the day you plan to board!
It's popular, so make sure to book early!
🌟❣️We recommend the sunset time! If you want to ride at sunset, find out the time of sunset and make a reservation for 30 minutes before that!
③All you have to do is show the QR code you will receive by email at the boarding point!
There is a surprisingly long line at the boarding point, so if you are aiming to see the sunset, be sure to line up 15 minutes before your reservation time!
④Once you arrive at Mipo Station, you can walk to Haeundae Station, so walk back!
If you are wondering what to do in Busan, please try riding this! You will definitely make wonderful memories!
