#songkran2024 At Starbucks Bangkok, I walked into a cozy café with a friendly atmosphere. The smell of freshly brewed coffee filled the air, making me feel awake and excited. I ordered my favorite drink, a caramel macchiato, and found a comfortable seat. As I sipped my drink, I watched the hustle and bustle of the shopping mall. The staff were polite and attentive, making sure my experience was enjoyable. Overall, my time at Starbucks Bangkok was relaxing and enjoyable, filled with good vibes and great coffee.

From savouring absolutely stunning fine dining dishes at Baan Tepaa, to sipping cocktails in the prettiest domes of Lacol Bangkok, and not forgetting the good ole street food at Chatuchak.. we had an amazing time in Bangkok 🥰 if you’re looking for sightseeing spots beyond just stuffing your face, do check out the Railway Market and Floating Market too. #2024TravelReview 🍣🍱🍣 Today, we visited KATSU MIDORI THAILAND CentralwOrld, a sushi restaurant in Bangkok, which is a branch of Tokyo’s No. 1 conveyor belt sushi restaurant and has become very popular in Japan! This branch in Bangkok is an eye-opener for us. Compared with sushi restaurants in Japan, it is even better! We queued up from 11am for opening and finally entered the restaurant at 6pm. We waited for a full seven hours, but as soon as we entered we felt the wait was worth it. The restaurant has more than 250 seats and the space is spacious and bright. Sitting at the revolving seat, you can enjoy the fresh ingredients constantly flowing in front of your eyes. Whenever fresh fish appears, the restaurant staff always calls out enthusiastically. The scene is very lively and the atmosphere is very harmonious. The prices at the sushi restaurant are quite affordable, and apart from the fresh ingredients, it is really good value for money! Whenever fresh and delicious sushi is ready, we can immediately raise our hands to take it and enjoy the first bite. Studio Ghibli movies are popular not only with children but also among adults. I remember watching my 1st Studio Ghibli movie, Whisper of the Heart, and since then I’ve been a fan. Imagine my excitement when me and my friends discovered we‘ll be able to see The World of Studio Ghibli's Animation Exhibition during our Bangkok trip last November. The exhibition certainly became one of the highlights of our trip. We booked a ticket online for a Monday morning visit to avoid crowd. The exhibition was held at centralWorld. Upon getting our tickets, we also received a pamphlet for the stamps we can collect and will serve as souvenir. There are photo zones wherein if you buy the VIP ticket, you wouldn’t have to queue, but since there’s no crowd, we didn’t need to queue. The staff were helpful in taking photos of us as a group and it was fun playing along with the scenes of the photo zones. The exhibition was interactive which I enjoyed. The exhibition was massive, we were there for almost 2 hours taking pictures of everything, getting our money’s worth haha, no but seriously we were really just amazed at everything. Merch can also be bought after going through the whole exhibit. My favorites were definitely the Howl’s Moving Castle, Kiki’s Delivery Service, and Spirited Away’s exhibitions. The stamping activity was also fun. I think the most memorable part of the exhibition was being able to see the process of making the movies from the storyboard. The sketches were also on display. It was inspiring seeing the talent, hard work, and passion of the studio in making these films. Som Tam Nua at Central World Mall This place has the best fried chicken and fried fish I tasted. This is the best place to eat in Thailand. The best part??? The food is super cheap going at average 150 baht per dish. I come here every time I visit Bangkok. Really worth checking out. Enjoy!
