Koh Larn is a popular destination for beach lovers. Every visit to this island is as beautiful as the last. Located conveniently near Pattaya, it's not far from Bangkok. To get to Koh Larn, you take a ferry which costs about 30 baht per person. Once on the island, we checked into our accommodation and rented a motorbike for around 300 baht to explore the island. The photo was taken at Nual Beach around noon, where the water was crystal clear but it was very hot. There are also other beaches like Tawaen Beach, Tien Beach, and Samae Beach. If you love visiting islands with clear waters and don't want to travel far from Bangkok, Koh Larn is highly recommended.

You can board the boat at Laem Bali Hai Pier and get off at Na Ban Pier. The accommodation will have a car to pick you up immediately. The accommodation is not far from the cafe. You can walk to many cafes. You can also order food from outside. You can eat it in the accommodation. The accommodation provides plates, bowls, spoons, and forks. Since I've done most water activities many times except for parasailing, this time I just wanted to try parasailing. Bargained down to 800 Thai Baht including a motorbike ride to the beach. 5️⃣ Parasailing guide I suggest bringing a phone. After boarding, the guy will ask if you want photos and videos taken with your phone for 100 Thai Baht. Without a phone, it costs 200 Thai Baht. The guy will gather a speedboat's worth of people, then take us to a small pier. Our boat had 8 people, all Chinese, the highest concentration of Chinese tourists I've experienced in Thailand. The speedboat ride is thrilling, you feel like you're going to fly out at any minute 😅 When they seriously make us put on life jackets and collect our phones and sunglasses, I knew something was off. The process is to fly one by one, each person for about 2 minutes. You fly high and the view is really good. It's quite a rush when you first take off and aren't seated securely, but then it's not scary anymore. It's very comfortable flying in the sky. 6️⃣ After playing, you can go to the beach. We went to two beaches, one was very crowded and commercialized, but the sea was very blue, clear, and the sand was fine and soft. The other had fewer people, mostly Westerners, no commercial vibe, just shops and beach chairs. The water was just as clear, the sand not as fine, but there were lots of fish in the sea.

🏠 Baan Ruean Tawan Koh Larn Great atmosphere, there are only 5 rooms in total. We stayed in room No.1, the top floor, very private, located at the pier in front of the house, near restaurants, near the market and Ta Yai Beach. We went during the New Year's Eve festival, the fireworks were right in front of the room. It was beautiful and worth it. The staff at the accommodation were very kind, chatting throughout the chat and when we arrived. They took very good care of us. The room was clean and spacious. Waking up in the morning with a great view, the light was very good.
