superb service and great quality, comes with a complimentary guided walk at 2.30pm as well, or you can also sign ip for other treks. breakfast was amazing, we had a wonderful stay! We went to the tea room during lunch time and wanted to try their scones but we're told tea starts at 3pm, however the kind waiter phoned the chef and we were able to try their scones. Which tasted really good paired with their strawberry jam and clotted cream.

The hotel is located in a beautiful location overlooking the gold course. Really good service and even the breakfast meal is not like other hotel. It is provided upon request and service is top notch.
The theme is old school English style and the stay is very relaxing, comfortable and I do feel like I'm at a vacation. The receptionist, waiters and the staff in general are very friendly. My only wish is perhaps to enhance the overall look and feel so that it looks new despite looking classic.
I will definitely return to this resort. Previously I couldn't enjoy the spa due to the waiting list, but I'll definitely try out the spa next time.

Would like to specially commend your lovely front of staff Hafiz for being so kind and thoughtful during our stay. He knew it was our anniversary and set out to make it a memorable one for us without asking. The housekeeping staff came twice a day to check if we needed anything and made us adorable towel swans and complimentary flower/cake. The hotel is extremely well maintained and super clean and classy. Pls give Hafiz and your staff a pay raise and promotion 😄😄 the staff here truly go the extra mile 5/5 stars!
We stayed for two nights at the Cameron Highlands Resort. The hotel has very kind and professional personnel, especially Dwi and Sundeep got our positive attention during our stay. Our compliments to them.
The location of the hotel is beautiful next to the golf course and near the old house (400m). Because it is in the centre of the different CH villages, it is ideal for nature activities in the surroundings. The tunnel museum is 2.9km away. And the night market in the weekend is around the corner.
The high tea at the hotel is a great experience. And during the day and evening they have love piano play. The all included breakfast is served at your table.
The hotel room was very nice and clean, however we found the rooms are a bit noisy, because of connecting doors, neighbours whom get up early or housekeeping whom is vacuum cleaning in the morning. This is not really convenient when you want to sleep in.
But overall a very positive experience! :-

Jim Thompson Tea Room is another great place to experience English tea culture in Malaysia, specifically in Cameron Highland which offers some amazing British style hotels with great highland tea and sweets especially their scones.

Definitely a must stay place at Cameron highlands. Very helpful staffs and great service throughput the stay. Excellent and #deliciousfood breakfast. Very clean and spacious rooms. Balcony facing the golf course is very refreshing to see though the adjacent balconies are very close to each other ( less privacy ). Overall we had a great experience and will look forward to stay again 🍃

Cameron Highland Resort - A luxury in Nature
I have always wanted to stay at Cameron Highland Resort since when I was a teen. The opportunity recently came, and I finally got to stay at this dreamy resort. Journey from Kuala Lumpur took around 4 hours on that day as it was holiday season. It was so long since the last time I went up the mountain for a holiday.
This hotel is a member of Small Luxury Hotels of The World, and it was indeed translated by the look of the establishment itself, and also their impeccable service. I was quickly greeted by their keeper upon my arrival, and then assisted by the receptionist for check-in. Processes were smooth, and I got to enjoy the in-house pianist playing his beautiful number.
The first room I got was slightly not so good, there was water leak from the gutter making the balcony floor wet. However they were able to get me a room change almost immediately. I can say that the room is so beautiful, classic looking, but very luxurious. The king bed was so big and high. It made me feel like a true king!
The washroom and shower were looking basic, but the marble finishing did a good job in making the space looking extra. I went down to their restaurant that night to have a dinner. The food, grilled seabass however tasted quite bland to my liking. The ambience however was so calming, romantic and inviting so it compensated the food taste.
Will I come back? Yes!

After a disappointing experience at a previous hotel, Cameron Highlands Resort proved to be a stark contrast. The moment we arrived, the grandeur of the place and warm greetings from the staff set a positive tone for our stay.
The reception process was accompanied by hot towels and a delightful homemade tea, setting the stage for a luxurious experience. Guided to our room on the first level, the well-preserved colonial cottage vibe of the building was evident.
Entering our room was a moment of awe — spacious, luxurious, and adorned with all the necessary amenities. From robes and slippers to toiletries, a coffee machine, and tea provisions, every detail contributed to a comfortable and indulgent stay. The bed, akin to sleeping on clouds, was complemented by the unexpected comfort of a bolster.
Opting to stay in for the evening, we dined at the sophisticated Dining Room. Despite initial skepticism from online reviews, the culinary experience exceeded expectations.We ordered:
1. Mushroom Soup - 9/10 it came with a baked parmesan that was a little stale. The soup itself was really thick and creamy.
2. Pumpkin Soup - 10/10 It was really delicious. Do note that it's on a sweeter side.
3. Australian Steak - 9/10 it was soft and tender, elements on the dish went well together. The flavour of the steak was really good, but I think it could use some salt. If you're not a huge eater, you can definitely share this dish with 2 pax.
4. Banana Crumble - 6/10 It was delicious but lack of bananas.
5. Chocolate lava cake - 10/10 We finished this plate clean. The chocolate lava was not too sweet, and it had the perfect consistency.
There were complimentary breads served. Attentive staff further enhanced the dining experience.
Returning to our room, we were pleasantly surprised to find the bed made, curtains drawn, and an ambiance set for bedtime. While personal belongings remained untouched, the thoughtful gesture added a unique touch to our stay.
The ala-carte breakfast buffet, available in-room or at the Dining Room, presented a high-quality dining affair. Despite a limited menu, standout dishes included Roti Canai (10/10) with flavorful chicken curry and Nasi Lemak (10/10) featuring an exceptional sambal. Watermelon juice proved a refreshing choice, and the homemade strawberry jam with the bread was a delightful surprise.
Cameron Highlands Resort offers a perfect retreat to unwind amid nature's beauty. The have guided walks and trekking for in-house guest. While the stay was marred by minor inconveniences with the key card, the overall experience was superb, warranting a return for future restful escapes.

Super Stay at Cameron Highlands Resort
We stayed at Cameron Highlands Resort. Its a lovely place with very courteous and helpful staff. The door men, room cleaner, manager, recptionist, the waiters all made us feel at home. The rooms were cleaned twice a day with by Shohel, the breakfast team ensure freshly baked and special made breakfast for our families special vegetarian and eggless needs and chef even gave us eggless scones for hi Tea. special mention to Santhosh, Chen, Che Ching, Ganesh, Phyo and the entire Cameron Highlands Team
