What I remember of this place was that I found it one of the most exquisite desserts I had eaten.
It’s not just the visual that’s exquisite, but also the taste/texture combination.
The raspberry sorbet brings a cool, tangy burst of fruitiness, paired with two layers of pastry crust—one crispy and slightly bitter, the other flaky and infused with a milky fragrance. Beneath them lies a perfectly sized, firm, and sweet piece of watermelon, finished with a subtle, captivating floral aftertaste. The interplay of flavors, textures, and temperatures was the richest I had tasted.
Not sure if they still maintain the standard but I really hope so. Because I still wanna go back for it!
BTW I don’t recommend the matcha lava cake or the coffee here.
