#celebrateit What I remember of this place was that I found it one of the most exquisite desserts I had eaten. It’s not just the visual that’s exquisite, but also the taste/texture combination. The raspberry sorbet brings a cool, tangy burst of fruitiness, paired with two layers of pastry crust—one crispy and slightly bitter, the other flaky and infused with a milky fragrance. Beneath them lies a perfectly sized, firm, and sweet piece of watermelon, finished with a subtle, captivating floral aftertaste. The interplay of flavors, textures, and temperatures was the richest I had tasted. Not sure if they still maintain the standard but I really hope so. Because I still wanna go back for it! BTW I don’t recommend the matcha lava cake or the coffee here.

as a frequent Japan Traveller, first seeing Shabu Shabu in elsewhere with a Teddy Bear in it. the Collegen soup base offer a healthy diet and a memorable meal.

#deliciousfood A beautiful place to dine in, overlooking the Main Street from level 6 at Pavilion. Food was amazing. My personal favourite is always their baked scallops!! The service was superb. Everything was nice, the plating is top notch, also the ambience is very calming. Really recommended.
