The bite to enjoy starts when you open the wooden box♡
Inside the box are pork liver macarons and semi-dried tomato oil-soaked canelés😳
Both were sweets, but they were surprisingly savory when you ate them‼ ️
The dough was not sweet, and it was cooked so that the ingredients inside stood out, which impressed me💕
The bottom of the wooden box was full of chamomile, and when I opened the box, the soft scent was a happy beginning✨
The second dish was a canape with figs, cream cheese, and prosciutto. The baguette had a great texture, and the sweet figs and the saltiness of the prosciutto and cream cheese were a perfect match‼️
There were three dishes, but they were so delicious that I finished them all in no time~♡ The flowers were cute too✨
The third dish was butternut squash potage🎃
It was surprisingly sweet, but it didn't contain any sugar😳
The accompanying focaccia was also chewy and delicious♡
The fourth dish was eggplant and anchovy pasta🍝
The amount was just the right mini size, and it was my favorite oil pasta✨
The fifth dish was pork fillet wrapped in pie‼ ️
I was shown the state before it was cut, and it had a cute cat pattern 🐈🐈⬛
When it was cut and brought to me, it was served with red wine sauce and mustard...💕It was soft and delicious✨
Between the pork and pie was chopped shiitake mushrooms and prosciutto✨
They were particular about everything and it was really delicious☺️
And the finale was dessert‼ ️
Chestnut mille crepes, chestnut simmered in syrup, and vanilla ice cream🍨
It's been a while since I've had mille crepes, but the chestnut paste was carefully layered and it was so delicious✨
