The reason I recommend the fried rice is that it is not overly dry, and the shrimp is tender, bouncy, and very flavorful. However, one area for improvement in the restaurant's food is the dumpling noodles. The dumplings lacked freshness, and the noodles were not al dente, making them unappetizing.
