📍Andong Byeongsan Seowon: 386 Byeongsan-gil, Pungcheon-myeon, Andong-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do 🕡9:00~18:00 💵Admission: Free UNESCO-listed cultural heritage I visited Byeongsan Seowon, where Seoae Ryu Seong-ryong (a person who served as Prime Minister during the Imjin War and is said to have recommended General Yi Sun-sin) was enshrined because he was the most popular figure among the great people. 📝The name 'Byeongsan' in Byeongsan Seowon is said to have been given because the mountain in front of the Seowon looks like a folding screen. ✔️Gwanghaegun enshrined Seoae Ryu Seong-ryong in 1614, and it is one of the 47 Seowons that were left behind when the Seowon abolition order was issued. It is said to be one of the representative Seowons of Andong along with Dosan Seowon. ✔️In order to protect cultural assets, I couldn't go up to Mandeoru.
